The room and the food are great. They also have good hospitality to the tourists as well as local.

New hotel but located between 2 airport bus stations (so must walk). Room are clean & nice but no room services. Main drawback: breakfast, it was a war zone since area was full with Chinese tourists.

Everything was fine but I remove a star for the delay of the dish in the room.

The hotel is relatively new, so everything is very clean. The rooms are basic and minimal but has everything you would need. The service is a bit spotty (housekeeping walking into your room unexpectedly, housekeeping skipping room makeover, rooms smelling of sour laundry, etc. ), but otherwise a convenient stay. There’s a 24 hour 7-11 attached, and a subway close-by. Good value.

I have visited for 23-24.12, they were kind as service. We got twin room and the room were small and clean. But if we were more higher room, could enjoy maybe night city. And some dust were in room (you can see easily! ) I think shilla stay Mapo were good to stay.

Good hotel! Receptionist advice me very well about traveling in Korea, But not enough food for breakfast, Should separate Chinese tour group with other guest.

Sleep very comfortably. Noisy if you stay in lower floor due to none stop traffic in korea. Silent air condition. Room very small but enough to move around.

Clean and comfort rooms with budget price. Good accessibility to the subway.

Hotel in heart of city. Near subway which same corridor to Gwanghwamun subway. Quick access to city tourism objects.

I been staying at two "Shilla Stay" hotels on both banks of Seoul. The decoration and rooms are almost identical. You don't have to get used to the room again when change to the same hotel at different place:-)

Okay buffet — food could have a bit more variety/diversity.

Too many option for room drove me be confused. Restaurant closed at brunch time.

Not a hotel! Not clean, with dirty cups, floor towel with long hair on it. I and my roommate are short hair also. Can see the photos upload by me.

Super clean and calm, friendly staff Close to Metro Station Gongdeok (Line 5, 6 and Airport line). An excellent Hotel.

— Clean and Brand-new suite. — Very close to Station Gondeok (Line 5, 6, Kyung-eu, Airport line) — There is large Supermarket (E-mart) — 24hr Store in Lobby floor — Bathroom Supplement is luxury. — Free a cup of coffee is served in Restaurant — If you want to charge your phone, you can give your phone on front desk. They charge your phone. — Wi-if quality is good.

Excellent hotel Room was very clean and comfortable, although like all rooms in this hemisphere it was a little cramped. Nice gym on top floor, free bottled water, fast Wi-Fi without an annoying DNS trap. Check in and out was easy. Hotel is in a nice area of town and practically on top of exit 1 of the station.
