I was on a solo trip for the first time, and I'm very happy that I had found this place. I went to Seoul at the end of January, and upon arrival, I couldn't do check in immediately, but the staff is very helpful, and friendly. Suggested places I could go and have a walk first and even suggest what I can do before returning in the early afternoon to do check-in.
The room is very cozy, just like what you would see from their website. They clean up the room and prepare new towe…ls everyday.
Location is just 2-3mins walk from the main shopping street of MyeongDong. And 2mins walk to subway station.
On my last day, one of their staff helped me book a cab to the airport, and she is very nice to the point that she helped me with my many luggages down to the cab.

Great location & very helpful staffs! They can arrange tours at no additional cost! Express check-in and check-out. Cozy rooms, cute kitchen. We booked our airport shuttle on the wrong date and they called the driver for us and made sure we dont miss our flight. Will definitely stay here again when I come back.
