Excellent place I had a great time the event was wonderful many guests the excellent food the hotel service 10 I loved the live show was wonderful I recommend oriens would return to spend my next vacation also the Wi-Fi service is excellent very fast the internet and the room of the event was super great the waiters are well prepared the only thing that didn't please me was the manager of AyB very despota and badly spoken treats his employees as if they were slaves but from there out all right.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It is a great hotel with variety of choices in room configurations. Great for bigger groups especially for families. Only cavit is that it could potentially be hard to locate for first timers or someone who is arriving on foot.

The hotel location is near myongdong dan Namsan Tower. You can 15 minutes walk to Myongdong and to train station.

Cosy hotell, afdordable pricing, very clean, nice staff. Easy access to the Chungmuro subway station ang myeongdong subway station. Just few blocks to the Myeongdon shopping area and main street.

The first floor customer service some Chinese to be able to pass, the manner is cordial. Rooms are spacious, some are old and stained, and toilets are clean.

Far from myeongdong but the room is excellent. This area is around apartment. I need take taxi for 5 minutes to go Myeongdong.

I love the fact that the receptionists as well as the chamber maids are very friendly and the hotel is super clean. The warm hospitality they provided makes me feel at home. The lights at the corridor is kind of dim though but overall I love my stay here. Keep up the good job!

Clean, well appointed apartment, fluffy bedding and 2 pillows per person (which seems a rarity), quiet, pretty good breakfast buffet and free fitness room. Best part was the excellent service. Well trained and eager to help.

The location of the hotel is ideal being 3 minutes walk from a Seoul Metro station. The room were spacious with very comfortable beds. Our room overlooked the Seoul Tower which was a very nice view to wake up to in the morning.

Clean and beautiful. Hotel staff speaks English. They keep our reservation even we arrived late at night. Yes, the cool water bottles in the refrigerator made us refresh. Thank you!

5 stars. Lovely place, modern and spacious. Great bang for buck — better than other hotels in Myeongdong and even Airbnb. Location is great, just up the road from the hustle and bustle of Myeongdong and very close to subway station Chungmuro which is on 2 different lines, very well connected to the rest of Seoul. Friendly and helpful staff. All of them have been so polite and have even gone out of their way to help us. We had some odd requests — we needed to borrow the vacuum cleaner for space bags, needed some documents printed and scanned. All of our needs were met beyond our expectations. Facilities are great — gym, coin laundry and kitchenette.

Booked 2 bedroom suite. No toothbrush provided. Shock me. Give u small miserable bottle of shampoo and shower gel of 40ml for 4 persons? Location is good. Quiet and secluded but transport is convenient.

No toothbrush and no shaver provided. Rooms are ok. Though the whole place seems quite run down. Transport is great. Bigger than average rooms for Seoul standard.

Suite was clean and spacious. We stayed in a two bedroom that included a living room and kitchen with dining table. Great for groups/families due to the large space. Location is a bit out of the way but still only a few minutes walk away from the nearest subway station.

Absolutedly love this Hotel! What the really friendly interesting and mindful receptionists. Besides that I have to give a special thank to the manager bringing us to buy many helpful things. Moreover the room is decorated perfectly! 5 stars :) ) )

The hotel was very convenient and was located on a very good location. The rooms was okay. However the flow of water during bathing is irregular and the floors above are very noisy. Sound proofing is not really good.

Stayed here for 3 days and I must say it's a good hotel. The rooms are quite big and clean. But the good thing of this hotel is the location! Close to Seoul Station and Myongdong.

Rooms were clean, service was ok. In Myeongdong but need to walk uphill from the metro station.

Its a perfect place for family stay. We were 4 adults 2 young kids and the room was perfect. Booked a premiere suite. Room fully equipped with kitchen (stove, large refrigerator, microwave, utensils), washing machine and dishwasher. Spacious living room and fine beds. Stayed there for 4 nights, got a great offer to stay 4th night free. Breakfast was modest and affordable. English speaking friendly staff. 3 minutes walk to the Chungmuro station and 10 minutes walk to Myeongdong. What a lively location. Highly recommended for family. I am sure I am going to stay here for my next visit with family.

I stayed for 13 nights this past June and after all things done, I really enjoyed my stay. I'm very particular when it comes to hotels. Oriens hotel met my needs: location (not surrounded by the busy streets of Myeongdong, yet accessible to a nice run route near Seoul Tower), kitchen, and transportation accessibility. I was satisfied with the costs of my stay, being around the same price as my flight cost. Well within my budget. Overall quality of the facility: cleanliness — check. Staff — pleasant (even sparked random conversations). Laundry room — check. (I used once. Clean, well maintained, inexpensive). Fitness room, while nothing grandeur, I still managed an excellent workout with what was available (caveat: the treadmills, and elliptical definitely show their age… lol) I'm planning on staying there again, next time around.

The whole place is old and used. The services are acceptable, but lacking. As a bonus, they lost my suit that I submitted for cleaning, plus my SD and SIM cards just disappeared from my room without any reimbursement. All in all, terrible! Never again.
