We had a small room but gave us a valued service. Thanks to the hotel staff. They are very warm accommodating and courteous.

Great location, the city center, everything is convenient, the locks within walking distance, the breakfast is good, the station is nearby, there is a market nearby. On Friday night will be a bit noisy, around a lot of restaurants and bars. (You can certainly close the windows if noisy, sound proofing is good)

Great hotel, well placed, very friendly staff, clean rooms and great nothing wrong!

Booked a double-bedded room. Room is clean and functional. No frills. Shower room may be too small for big-sized people. Location is great as it is within mins walk to Myeong Dong, Namdaemun and city hall mrt.

Small but cozy, friendly staff, nice room all these in a very good price. We indeed enjoyed our visit and Hotel Shinshin might stay on our list. Definitely recommended. Additional thing, if you happen to visit their site and check on their rooms… you can expect that what you have seen is exactly what you are going to see when you finally arrive there. The hotel is located in the city hall, the Yin, the Myeong-dong, on a mountain wave. The room is clean and tidy and not too long to be completed.
The breakfast was simple and delicious. If you come to Seoul again, you will consider staying again.

Awesome place. Stayed there 5 days. Location is spot on. 5 minutes walk from the tube and Myeongdong, close to Gyeongbokgung palace. There's a convenience store next door and loads of restaurants closeby. Super clean, super quiet. Loads of TV channels in english. Wifi was good. There's a laundry service in the hotel. The staff was top class, spoke good English and going as far as taking us to our room. Next time I'm in Seoul, I won't even bother checking other hotels, that's where I'm going back. Best hotel we've found in Seoul so far.

Great hotel, nicely decorated rooms with a good bed and linnen. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Default room temperature is quite warm at 23 degrees. Every reentry to the room requires resetting the thermostat which becomes a nuisance quickly.

Good base to explore Seoul. Lovely new hotel with friendly staff. Only small room with litttle space behind the bed.

Excellent hotel. The location is pretty good, and above all central. Prices according to the season may vary, although you can also find good rates through websites. The rooms are not too spacious but they are comfortable and clean. The staff is usually attentive. At the front of the hotel there is a restaurant offering a varied Western-style menu. Pastas, meats, burgers, etc.

Nice hotel, a little hard to find at first as it’s up a small side street from the main road. Room is very clean and has heated floors. Very good location as it’s within walking distance to couple markets and the central Myeong-dong area. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Airport bus stop is very close by as well.

The hotel itself is very nice, offering free laundry service and breakfast till 10 am. Only 2 washers and 1 dryer so be prepared to wait. Located right across the street from Kaohsiung station with a 24 hour McDonald’s nearby. Staff was very helpful and polite and hotel was very very clean. I only disliked the area, homeless on the street when you exit and once I even saw feces. Not the hotels fault, just wanted to give a full picture of what to expect.

Clean, convenient, and affordable stay near the tourist district. Quiet area with plenty of food choices. Close to subway station but no toothbrush provided.

Pretty calm hotel, free Wi-Fi, clean rooms, large bed. They do have a small flies issue (many little flies in the room)

Very central, next to the City Hall plaza in the heart of Seoul; to 15 minutes, or one metro stop from the train station (to go to the airport) ; 5 minutes from one of the commercial districts the city's most important (myeong-dong) and around 25 minutes from the Palace of Gyeongbokgung. The service nearly perfect, rooms clean though rather small but I understand that if you do not pay a lot it is normal in Seoul.

Good hotel with people at the front desk take the time to help you. Rooms are clean and they have good working airco. It's walking distance from the subway. Line 1, exit 7, walk straight, cross the street, go left, at the men's tailor go right and then walk 200 meter uphill. It's also walking distance to a lot of cultural sights. I would stay here again.

It is within walking distance of the City Hall subway station, although from that direction you have to pull your luggage up a moderately steep slope. City Hall station is one stop from the Seoul station, which is the main station where you can access the KTX high-speed rail to go outside Seoul. The central location of this hotel is its main advantage.

Clean and modern with helpful staff. Rooms small but adequate, centrally located near shopping, restaurants and well known open air markets. Not far, from several major tourist attractions.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room was quite small and simply furnished. The bath and toilet are in room space with a window wall. The room was in the corner of the building with a small window facing the building behind. There was some noise from the water in the neighbor rooms. However the hotel in general is clean and quite comfortable, good service and nice location in the center.

The hotel location is very good looking, from Incheon International Airport over the airport limousine bus South gate of the station cross the road, saw police in the alley went on to! The hotel although it feels small but very comfortable and clean, near Myeongdong, Lotte 10 min walk shopping and buy East get West very convenient.

Clean room and friendly staff. From Incheon Airport bow down to Namdaemun market and then the street beside the police station, at the restaurant turn left.

Nicely situated in Namdaemun on a fairly quiet street. Close enough to transport links, places to eat and the brilliant Namdaemun Market though. Don't stay here if you want a fancy view over the city, but if you're happy with a clean, modern place to stay, this is a great option. The on-site (across from hotel entrance) bar and restaurant isn't as cheap and authentic as other local choices, but was a nice place for am evening beer. Check out the awesome rice porridge place nearby. Great for breakfast, and apparently pretty famous.

Really love this hotel. Walking distance to the airport bus stops and to metro stations. Also, it is in a quiet upscaled neighborhood next to the noisy shopping district. The staff are all Japanese so our common language is English, perfect. Also, there are excellent restaurants all around. Prices dropped dramatically as you walk away from the hotel although the English skill would go from inadequate to non-existent. The rooms are very clean, typical Japanese hospitality. For some reason, there is an electric tea kettle but they don't supply coffee so best if you bring your own. My wife and I really had a great time. I highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are so clean and modern. Beds are soft and really comfortable. Will stay here again.
