It's nice beautiful ambience friendly staff. Well equipped gym blue pool steam and sauna are great.

A lot of work to do to satisfy the essential travel requirements. Like — hospitality, efficiency, professional staff at the concierge. — Sauna which has jacuzzi — Swimming pool — Studio and mini golf ranges Dislike — Wi-Fi is on and off. Definitely don’t expect to work on emergencies — I stayed for 5 days and I have to think in order to keep my breakfast different each day — How they made my bed — the fridge handle is too close to the top of the cupboard, I almost hurt myself shutting the door — far from metro.

Responsiveness Staff! The toilet bowls! ) ) ) ) Cool bath complex, which includes wet and dry steam room, three small pools with a temperature of water 18, 40.6, 43.6 ' Gr. Sleeping room with comfortable sunbeds, large main pool and gym! In the rooms are large beds, extra pillows and blankets are in the wardrobe in the package! Executive floor is good. Lounge snacks and drinks are good. Wide selection at breakfast. Room is spacious.

Always a good stay here at Novotel Doksan. Nearby amenities are extremely convenient to access and no short of nice Korean cuisines within several hundred meters around the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Location is quite ok. Just across the street big shopping mall with food court. In room dining portions are ok. :) seems to be well maintained hotel. :)

The carpets look old The breakfast is not very good the mattress was a little watery the toilet was too small.

Very pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and quiet. English language is sufficient to communicate inside in the hotel.

Hotel is kinda far. But Margaret has been an outstanding, excellent customer service. Our debt card was stuck in the ATM machine at the 7-11 store next to the hotel. Margaret saw us kept going in n out of the hotel. So she ask "can she help us with anything? " So we told her about our debt card got stuck in the ATM machine. She offer to stay at the 7-11 store and wait for someone to open the machine to retrieve the card for us while we go out and have fun. We were so surprise someone actually would do that for us. We were so grateful and speechless. I think Margaret should get a raise and promotion.

The hotel staff is friendly and professional especially concerige. However the amenity in room is just everage. The sleeper in room is reusable one which is not hygeine. If you request extra towel, it cost you 2 dollor. It is cost effective one.

Nice hotel, with pool and gym. Close to shopping mall. Nice stuff.

Good hotel, first class breakfast. Very quiet room. Is definitely worth a visit.

The hotel is located in South West Seoul approx 40 50 minutes away from Han river. Nice accommodation, cleanliness and hospitality. Staff is very polite and helpful as every Korean is. A lot of food shops are present 1 or 2 blocks away.

Me and my office mates stayed at this hotel few times. Its a nice place, its best is it's staff very friendly and helping, breakfast has good options. Rooms are neat and clean. One thing missing not so many options for foreigner food. Mostly Korean dishes. I hope I will find more continental food on my next stay.
