Wonderful position near Coex exhobition center. Rooms not very big. Kind and helpful reception staff. Good ratio quality price. Ft.

Average hotel with tiny rooms. There is very little space in the room. Biggest part is TV set. Bathroom is small too. Nothing much special about this hotel except location. Have all basic amenities. There are two 7/11 shops very close to hotel. Thats the main advantage.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. The hotel room was great for the price, good Wi-Fi and very helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

The start was disappointed. I booked Superior room, but they offered smoking room — Standard room. I asked to change the room but they keep insisting that they offered superior room for me which just looks like normal ibis standard room. I could change my room finally but it was so disappointing from the start of check in. This was my 3rd time visiting this hotel so I know how the superior room looks like. The others were fine as usual and the staff on the following day was very nice.

I've stayed in this hotel around 10-20 times. I am satisfied, but admittedly the price is going up (maybe to cover the renovation from ibis to ibis styles), but the renovation was worth it. Staffs are very polite (eg. Steve) except some. Btw I prefer to know the staffs by their korean names like it was before being anglicised. Breakfast quality is unfortunately going a bit down. I thought it was a hotel with the best breakfast when it was simply ibis (and this comrs from someone who regularly stays at 5 star hotels).

Perfect cost is convenient. It's clean great breakfast. Well from the fitness. I will definitely stay there on my travels to Seoul. The district is the exclusive one of Gangam.

Ask the hotel counter can be ordered to order fried chicken, now said can, when I finished sauna spa, downstairs please help me to order, say no! Ibis hotel chain, I am not the first time to stay! It makes me feel really bad this time! Male director face is also very impolite!

The room is very very small for its price but it clean. The curtains desperately need dusting off. The bathroom is clean, compact and has a hot shower and hair dryer. It has cable TV and a mini ref. The breakfast buffet offers the same things everyday. Staying here for 7 days for business is not so bad. I got to interact with many business travelers too during breakfast. It is better to wake up early and have breakfast by 7am because the restaurant will be packed and the line gets long so you have to wait to be seated. The location is in the business area, with lots of good restaurants nearby. They have self operating laundry machine at the basement which is super! Don't need to bring many clothes for a long stay as you can wash them and the iron is also provided there for free.

My girlfriend and I have been to Seoul a number of times but this was our first stay in Gangnam. The hotels south of the river tend to be a bit cheaper but are a bit further from central Seoul and Seoul Station. It's about a 30 minute metro ride to Seoul Station, but unfortunately the Ibis is directly in between two metro stops and it's about six blocks from either to the hotel. If you don't mind walking a bit, I don't have anything negative to say about the Ibis. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, had quiet and clean air-con (can be a problem), and the bed was comfortable. The room was small, but nothing out of the ordinary for Korea. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Service is very good. Nearby Bar Street and restaurant industry is very good, choose a lot of opportunities, you can taste Korean cuisine.

Verry good hotel nice service good breakfast, bed, shower. The only thing that could be better is the Wi-Fi and the choice of fruit at the breakfast.

The room is small, like a shoe box. My window faces Samseong-ro (a busy road) and it is noisy even at mid-night. The sound proof by the window and the building wall is weak.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, fair prices. Rooms are tiny (as is common with ibis), but also felt a little worn and dingy.

Its a very good hotel but the rooms r small. Food is okay. I will give 7 out of 10 for food.

The basement has a spa with sauna, swimming pool, massage. Very convenient.

Very comfortable experience, great location of the hotel close to the Coex centre. Breakfast offered a wide choice of food, from western to eastern classics. I also tried buffet dinner and it was very good but a little too much expensive in my opinion. The only complain that I have is about air conditioning, which was set too cold every time room service occurred despite the setting I put the night before.

Everything is fine. The room is tidy and clean as usual. The front desk staff are helpful. Definitely will go back and stay in next visit.

Am a frequent business traveller with many visits to Seoul and have stayed at Ibis Gangnam three times. It is now my preferred Seoul hotel simply because no other city centre hotel offer better value for money. Not even close, and I have stayed at many city hotels nearby. OK — Ibis does not offer excess/luxury but excellent bereakfast, modern and clean rooms with quality beds, attentive staff and slam dunk perfect location with EVERYTHING within walking distance. There is no cosy lounge but hey — do you go abroad to sit in the lounge of your hotel? Stop looking for alternatives — you will not find better hotel in this area for this money.

Tiny room, likely smaller than those in a cruise boat. No tub, only tiny shower stall. Plastic key for elevator works in a while. You will be given only one key and if you lose it you'd better sleep in the lobby. They will charge everything including some toiletry. Don't touch the water bottle in the tiny frizy.

Excellent hotel, god service, always fresh food, near to many services as restaurant, banks, shopping mall, clubs, etc.
