It's a nice and clean hotel right in the city centre, which might be convenient for business travellers. No dinner facilities, and breakfast is overly expensive which seems to be common in Seoul. However, nearby it is possible to find cheaper and healthier food. The rooms are adequately small but in pair with Seoul. The internet could be much better as most of the time it wasn't fast enough to even load an youtube video. Sound proofing as well could be much better, as if you're on a lower level, it might be difficult to sleep if you're a light sleeper like I am. However, the communication just doesn't work. I've tried several requests which were never properly understood by the staff and when complaining about it I never got a reply until I took the review to tripadvisor. There the reply I got, exposed then personal information with some of my trip details, and with an awkwardly passive aggressive tone. I am an advocate that the customer is always right, and despite all the politeness in the world, it seems that it was more important to attack me than to verify what I had asked before. You're always greeted with a smile but I do not believe that it is honest at all. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay there ever again.
