Budget place. Quite clean.
Location is not good. The pictures on the net are far away from reality don't let them fool you. The rooms are spacious but very old and furniture. The towels are extra small. No Bell boy service. Garden is amazing and breakfast is good. Overall I do not recommend.

There are several places with the name Kensington so be VERY CAREFUL that you don't accidentally book here. I did and I regret it. Here's the honest truth. Avoid this craphole at all costs. The outside looks nice. Deceivingly nice. The landscaping is top priority evidently. Maybe the only priority. The furniture, even in the lobby, is stained and disgusting. I asked for a quiet room and was given one directly above the entrance so I heard people arriving and slamming car doors until well after three a. M. The room needs a complete overhaul. The carpets are in need of replacing throughout. I could upload hundreds of photos of bleached out and worn out spots in the halls. The electricity only works when you are in the room so forget about leaving for the day and coming back to a nice cool room. You come back to a humid, hot mess. Then the bathroom. The bidet, not that I trust it to be clean, leaks. The toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet. There is a shower, but no shower curtain. Towel bar? Nope. The curtains don't block any light so your room at night is lit up like a stadium. There were two thin pillows on the bed and the bed wasn't even made correctly. The kitchenette did come with dishes. Cracked, stained, and chipped dishes, but dishes nonetheless. The breakfast is okay. Not great, not inedible, just sad and in desperate need of sneeze guards. Lots of sneeze guards.
