Staff was great! room are big and clean.

Too loud… When the upstairs neighbor runs his/ her shower, the pipes hum like there's a swarm of very angry wasps in your room. Can't sleep to that! Plus, it's an officetel, so people come in at all hours and use their outside voices in the hallway. That will wake you up, too.

It has a beautiful view with the ocean view option. The staff is very friendly and speak enough English to get by. They have a free shuttle service that will pick guests up from the airport.

Strange feel for a hotel — — checked in by the guy who picked us up from the airport, and we never saw a front desk. The hallways are creepy and spartan, but the inexpensive room was huge and comfortable. Ground floor has lots of restaurants and a convenience store. Would definitely stay again.

Nice to have this small restaurants. Beats eating inside the hotel. Had the Bone broth soup which they called hang-over soup. Will cure any hang-over for sure. Spicy. Spicy. Spicy. Very good.

The place is fine, but we did not find the receptionist or bell boy. You can reach them by dial the telp number or u can asked the C U mini market at lobby.

Great place to stay if you arrive lately at night or transit at Incheon airport.

Stayed here for a week when I arrived in korea. It is close to the airport. There is a bus that goes straight to the airport from walking distance from the hotel or you can take the train. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Had the fridge, microwave, washer. The room was spacious. The manager went out of his way to help me get an appointment with the U. S. Consulate. There is an emart close by and lot's of restaurants.

We have a lot of bagage so they pick up at our former hotel at myeong dong. The room is clean and spacious. The convenient store is downstairs. Open 24h. Really enjoy our stay here. Bring along your family. Its a king size bed.

Clean and Quiet room. The massage chair is awesome. This is very good for staying. Downstairs we got some restaurants down stair. I will come with my family again.

Why do you waste your money to five star hotels when you can get everything with 70 bucks. I was stopping by Incheon for next day flight and this hotel provides pick up and drop then ground floor has many different eating out options 24 hours. I will definitely use again.

Pretty nice place to stay for a lay over and attractive price. They don't have A. C so that was only bummer.

Ok. Old but clean. Microwave and hair dryer are provided here. And the owner provids pick up service also. It's very close to the airport.

Just spent six hours in transit and had a great experience. They had a dedicated lounge called Rest and Relax with lounge sofas you could lay down on comfortably and easily sleep on. They had free showers with towels and toothbrushes with no time limit (I need a long shower) internet access was great and free with plenty of places to recharge phones/tablets etc. The duty free area is vast like a shopping mall and very competitive among stores. You shouldn't take anything they tell you as a source of truth as they are very heavily sales target focused. The duty free is good value but not as good as Singapore (based on Whiske prices)

All my visits (around 10) were great. Although Koreans aren't the friendliest or fun (in my opinion), they are professional and DO there job almost 100% of the time they are at work. I write this because of my recent visits to other airports that helped me realize this isn't always the case.

Poor service at coffee @ work near gate 122 on 26 JUNE 2016. The male staff seemed unhappy the entire time and did not even acknowledge me as a customer during the whole service process. When I put the money on the desk, the male staff just still kept silence and asked me put the money on his hand. This was extremely obnoxious and unbelieveable. Isn't ICN one of the worlds top three airport? I think I will vote iCN as the worst airport next year on skytrax.

A little out-date, needs remodeling, AC was done but comfy beds, nice view, owner was kind, gave us an extra fan. Convenient store in building, tons of places to eat within walking distance. Had no troubles at all. Airport really close.

Awesome owner, only 15 minutes away from the airport on foot or two minutes by taxi. Open view, very comfy rooms and beds. There's also a kitchenette and washing machine. Great to relax before/after flight. The building is a sort of a big guesthouse owned by various owners but is clean and safe.

We were given the largest room on the top floor. It was great cause all we did was sleep. We didn't use the shower, cause it didn't look so great, but aside from that, it is good for a one night if you aren't doing anything else.
