Very nice hotel, but forget it if you are a vegan!
The B Lobby Bar has absolutely NOTHING vegan in its menu, and the staff even refused to get me a plate of French fries from the restaurant. Room service menu had a spaghetti with red sauce, (hold the cheese! ) but not sure if the sauce had cheese or animal broth, etc.

Nice and clean and beautiful lovely.

I stayed here on a business trip for a few days. The restaurants and included breakfast were amazing. The jazz lounge downstairs was handy for a quick social meeting and there was good beer on tap. I did not care for the indoor pool which was hot and humid and I was uncomfortable being told the various rules and then asked if I wanted to rent a hair cap charged to the room. I left frustrated but otherwise a very nice hotel in a pretty generic part of the country.

From the room I was able to enjoy the central park view! For the hotel itself, it is okay. It closes to the central park so you can enjoy a walk. And it is super convinient if you want to buy some food or anything you need for your stay since there is a mart next to the hotel. You don't even wet if you use a way underground. :) a good place to stay!

Beware Management will turn off the airconditioning in the Middle of the night. Second night I woke up sweating. Room temperature was 76 degrees last night! Realized they are cutting it off when the second night I felt the a. C. Go off at 3:30 am. Called front desk and told them I will move if you don't turn it back on. Beware they cut costs at your expense of a night's sleep! If you want a good night's sleep this may not be the hotel for you! May 31, 2018

엠버서더 스위트룸. Ambassador suite room. It was huge room which a beautiful interior design. People was so kindly. I was propose to my lovely honey. She said "yes" and crying:) ) We never forget yesterday. It was very very special day.

I love this hotel. The nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Super central to restaurants, train station, bus line. Service is amazing. The rooms are so spacious and comfy. Free Wi-Fi lots of outlets. The tub is amazing. I love this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Directly across from large park with many activities. Many nearby gems to discover. Also provides free shuttle for those who want to go into Incheon.

Everything you'd expect from a Sheraton, and two excellent restaurants.

Nice staff, location is convenient to many restaurants and bars, mostly north on Convensia. Rooms are nice, but starting to get dated. Elevators can be a major hassle as they're very slow and there are only 3 of them.

Very comfortable stay. Bed was nice and firm. Bathroom was very spacious. Close to Costco and many restaurants. Highly recommend. Easy access to ICN airport.

Hotel is nice beds are comfortable. In this area on the second and fourth Sundays of every month everything is shut down except for some restaurants. The location is 20 minutes from the airport but an hour and a half plus from Seoul. Too far out for me and away from everything. There is a park directly across the street from the hotel.

It is a lovely and nice hotel with a great location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are big and clean, the bathroom is very comfortable. My only problem was the bed sheets with the static electricity. I am 31 years old and never had any similar experience in any other hotels I've visited so far.

Within 40 mins to the airport. Nice view and service. Many good restaurants and mall nearby.

Lovely hotel in the middle of everything with helpful, friendly staff. Modernized rooms with big comfy bed & pillows, large bath, HDTV (small), and free Wi-Fi… along with nice indoor pool and adequate fitness center make for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. One drawback are the slow elevators and long wait times. Only 3 lifts, where 6 are needed. Many times when the lift finally arrives… it is full to max and the wait continues. When finally able to squeeze into one, stops on every floor (where others now cannot fit) further delays progress.

It's a wonderful hotel right near Convensia in Incheon. It has a direct connect to the Convention Centre and through the parking you can get to the Lotte Mart which has grocery shopping and even clothing and toys are us. The location is close to the Central Park of Incheon. Their rooms are clean and big. Great location and nice wonderful rooms.

The Sheraton Grand Incheon is located a convenient distance from the Incheon International Airport, but is surrounded by amenities. Have breakfast at Feast if you get the change. The food is delicious and varied.

Great location in Sandong. Right next to Convensia Sandong and across the street from central park Sandong. Service is also great. But we stayed there for a 7 nights and breakfast was the same day after day. I think, with the hotel catering to MICE guests going to Convensia for multiple days, it could vary its breakfast menu on at least a 3-day cycle.

Good location, a little pricey.

Spend the week in Songdo at the Sheraton Grand. The hotel staff and amenities were amazing. Located within walking distance to shopping and food this is the only hotel I will stay at when I return.

Great rooms, very clean. Beds are more comfortable than other hotels I've stayed at. The breakfast is included in our stay, and is absolutely fantastic. Huge amounts of choices. The concierge and front desk are very helpful as a foreigner.

The hotel rooms are nice, but can get warm. The AC can't keep up. The was gym was nice. When they changed Cardio Machines from Life Fitness to Techno Gym that was a major step backwards.

This was a beautiful hotel The staff helped out a lot, especially since I was a foreigner and didn't speak the language. The amenities were great. My room was beautiful. Definitely worth the money.

I have stayed here several times since it was first built. The area has really developed a lot over the years. Plenty of good eating close by. The hotel has always provided great service.

Because all the employees don't mind speaking to us in English, and they are so good at speaking our language, that make so proud and a humbling people, Unlike when we fly to Japan and stay at our layover hotel in Narita. The hotel employees speaks to us in Japanese, they refuse to use out language, not because they can't speak English, they do speak English very will, they do that to show us they are more superior then the rest of the word, that's really sad I feel sorry for that kind of thinking, so I thank you for you for your hard work, and great smile we see when we walk the lobby, thank you. Good breakfast buffet. Convenient to Dream City.

The Sheraton Incheon Hotel, in Incheon, South Korea, totally re-defines what great hospitality and comfort mean to their guests. It is not the biggest, the fanciest, or the most expensive hotel that my friends have taken me to. However, it is the best hotel with the brightest and the most courteous staff. All their key staff members can speak English very well, and, they have mastered the language of excellent service. Among all their wonderful staff, Mr. Eric Park, who is the Front Desk Supervisor, totally shined the most with grace and gratitude for our discounted hotel business. Their restaurants are fabulous with a variety of dining experiences that will make almost all your guests and company happy. If you get a chance, just like I did on July 30th and 31st, you must go there to experience their most unique and outstanding services and amenities. Very nice hotel. Free Wi-Fi was in the lobby, but in the rooms you had to pay for it. The rooms were very comfy.

I stay in serveal hotels in seoul area. This new hotel is the best so far in Korea for this price. Rooms are modern designed, luxury bathroom and nice and clean, staff is very helpfull, with special thanks to the porter people, all I ask the them, nothing is too much, The people behind the desk even reconise me when I step into this hotel for the 3th time this year before showing my passport. Indoor swimmingpool is small but okay, spa, fitness; perfect. And all included. Breakfast is outstanding just what you can expect for a hotel like this. The neighborhood is okay, but its not in the city center, but a 10 minutes walk you will find many (some international) bars and restaurants. And only 15 minutes from the airport by car, you can also choose for the airportbus.

Clean and Resonable Price Compared to 5 Star Hotel. Need larger food facilities. Needs to improve on buffet coupon with hotel stay. Buffet is pricy.
