Good place have food during transits. But, no vegetarian foods available. It would be better if they supply vegetarian foods too. Place is clean and tidy. Cost wise it is economic. Since they have no vegetarian foods I m giving lower grades. Vegetarian people should be respected.

Convenient place. I stayed with my 4 year daughter for 12 hours. All the accessories were provided. Foods can buy from the shops at downstairs. No disturbances.

The airport shuttle was the main reason I chose this hotel, and that was fine. The room was definitely a room and ok, but a few things didn't work (lights, etc. ) To be honest, one expects a little more for this price.

The access to the airport is just great and really perfect for long layovers or early flights. But don't expect much of the place itself, pretty average.

Excellent airport…very convenience and good service…portable Wi-Fi is available to rent.

Nice proximity to airport. Rooms were comfortable and decently sized. Close to late night 24 hour restaurant, which is nice for the late night arrivals. Shuttle from the airport every half hour. Shuttle to the Airport terminal 1 doesn't start until 6 am, which can be a problem for those early flights.

Poorly managed facility. The staff who answered the call for asking direction to hotel was extremely unprofessional and the only outlet acctable for 110V plug did not work. The room did not have desk nor things to seat down i. E bare floor only.

World best incheon airport!

The rooms were very clean and modern with a converter already built into the desk. It is located near many Korean restaurants and a few "American" ones, but even without speaking any Korean we were about to have a nice evening out with good food. The only thing I didn't like about the room was there didn't seem to be any way to turn off individual lights, the whole room was either on or off using your card key to power the room lights.

Perfect service on check in and check out. Staff very friendly. Atmosphere at lounge is very nice. Everything is very clean and quite. Also dinner is recommended. Breakfast have a lot of selection. Asian and western food. Recommended for business trip. Shuttle bus every 20 minutes. Takes approximately 10 minutes to Incheon airport.

Affordable and good quality. Shuttle to airport (every hour) is very convenient, just at the outside of the hotel.

Have not yet stayed but the most appalling service I have experienced. Simply trying to get a contact e-mail address to find out more about the shuttle transfer service. Central reservations shoved me off to customer care who after several e-mails can only say contact the hotel direct. Still have not provided an e-mail address to do so. If I don't get an e-mail address shortly will be happy to post the entire e-mail trail here… it's quite hilarious — 5 emails back and forth with a most simple question. Who would have thought it would be so hard to get in touch.

I had researched the Transit Hotel prior to my trip as I was travelling alone and knew I had a ten hour layover. It was the best pick for me since it was literally just a floor above where my gate was to board the next flight. The package I got included food already so everything taken into consideration, I decided to go with it and will for any future routes like this. It is more convenient and hassle free. The Staff and the receiving desk and the restaurant were all courteous and answered any questions I had. The accommodations were well appointed and everything was very clean. There were blackout curtains which put my mind at ease as I was worried about light filtering into the room. After much needed rest, a refreshing shower and relaxed delicious meal, there was plenty of time left to wander the airport and shop any last minute items before boarding my next flight.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 mins via hotel shuttle bus, from terminal 1. They offer shuttle service from both terminals in 30 minute intervals. If you plan on doing runway spotting, this would not be the ideal place. The hotel is older but plenty clean. Beds are a little on the hard side but still plenty comfy. Overall a nice hotel that's very convenient. Good value for money.

Very convenient and comfortable hotel near the airport, great for long layovers and overnight stays. Staff speak multiple languages including English. Breakfast buffet is good, and water pressure/heat in the showers is good.

+ Confy single bed. Good price for a night before your early price. Convenient free shuttles (to terminal 1 or 2). - 90s american style. Low ceilling, very narrow bathroom (you must walk over toilet to reach the shower). Fair noise insulation (shuttles' engine that drivers dont stop while waiting departures can be heard from 7th floor). Noisy fridge (can be unplugged).

Old style but clean. Very near to airport, actually walking distance. Went to airport for dinner, the menu of the hotel is quite poor but expensive. Shuttle bus frequency in afternoon is not sufficient, but you can use the shuttle of nearby hotels… For next day transit a low cost trouble free accommodation.

Hotel saw it's best days. Some renovation will help it to be in form again. Although it is still good for overnight stay between flights.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Price over HSR is very good but restaurant of course overpriced. Either way, for one night everything is good!

We had to change our room twice since the one they gave us both times smelled like cigarette. The front desk supervisor upon our arrival had a very bad attitude. The rest (third room) was fine as well as the other staff. For an airport hotel, they only have a shuttle once an hour so it is easier to go on your own.

Honestly? Nothing about the hotel, the receptionists are so stupid that they can't teeb to say that in 1 minute the airport runs an electric train or every 15 minutes free shuttle bus, they just put you in a paid taxi. When you ask to order a taxi at an early check-out they assure you that in the morning all this can be done in 10 minutes in the end in the morning you know what to wait for at least 20 minutes. Terrible service, terrible receptionists with their attitude.

Good hotel a little outdated but it was a good stay. I was there 4 weeks. There is a great bar across the street in the back of hotel is called the jet lagged lizard. Good pizza and cold beer. There is a tram from the airport or you can ride the shuttle. See the shuttle photos for info.

Very close to the airport. Convenient for layovers. Quite a great lunch and dinner. While there breakfast was average. Their shuttle service was on point.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived, the restaurant managed to completely forget to cook my order (while remembering my wife and sons) and to top it off the shower head completely off when I tried to use the sprayer. No one came to fix it, and I was offered use of a different shower the next day instead of being offered a new room. Never. Again.

Ok for one night stop. Comfortable beds, but not so clean.

Location is great but not having restrooms in the room is sort of cumbersome for the price paid.

Like others have said, after encountering the snarky staff, hidden fees, and room the size of a closet, I chose to use my resources elsewhere. I recommend saving $100 and deploying yours in the following way: 1. Skip this place 2. Instead sleep in the the free nap room with beds down the hall then 3. Use the free showers next door for transit passengers and then 4. Buy entrance into one of the nearby lounges to relax, eat, and drink. There are too many quality (some free! ) amenities in Seoul airport to recommend this lame hotel.

While this is not the ultimate luxury hotel, I give it a five-star rating because it's great for what it is, and it pretty much has everything you need. It's close to the airport, there's a free shuttle (although they reduced the shuttle times), the rooms have outlets with built-in adapters, and they give you free water (like most places in Korea). It's super clean (again, like most places in Korea) and everything is permeated with efficiency.

I've stayed at many Best Westerns in the past — — they're my go-to chain in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service but this Best Western left a lot more to be desired. For starters, I got a cold treatment from the Front Desk staff when checking in. I had a 14-hour layover and simply wanted a room for a few hours in order to rest and catch some sleep before continuing on my journey. Upon checking — in, I was told that my checkout time would be 3 PM — — same day. In my experience, I have never been told to check-out on the same day. In the United States, it would, I think, be considered rude to explicitly tell a paying customer that. Good amenities but not very hospitable and welcoming.

Good location & price but room facilities have some problem. Light control box did not work. So tried to contact front but the phone was not connected and line was not visible. So I should pick out my room card to turn off the lights. Consequently aircon. Was down. And also noisy little bit because of very closed location to airport and not good noise concealing maybe. But not too bad because of location & price. Up to yoo.

Inside Incheon Airport, close to one of the subway/train stations, with plenty of shuttle trips back and forth to airport terminals and hotel lobby, this is a nice placed hotel, with a caring staff and surprisingly nice breakfast service buffet. Guests could get the shuttle or subway/train to find a transportation that could take them to Downtown Seoul or others places around. I didn't have much time to explore Seoul this time, but next time will do so and will stay again in this hotel if price holds good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked everything else. The hotel called you a taxi to the airport.

There seems to be three airport hotel chains nearby the airport. All within walking distance, but with a heavy suitcase, it is worthwhile to take the shuttle bus. Each hotel is within walking distance of each other, even with a suitcase. I don't see why they just don't cooperate together and offer a shuttle every ten minutes that goes around each hotel (maybe easy said than done). Anyway, the hotel has a choice of traditional Korean style rooms as well as the American style hotel rooms. The elevator is nice, it has a view of one of the other major hotels. Opposite, it there are views of the ocean and the tram track. There is an indoor driving range too, but no restaurant. Traditional places are available on the street as well as a Japanese restaurant all within 5 min walk of the hotel. The room itself (western style) is a bit old looking. Cables everywhere, external windows dirty, some mild water markings the ceiling. The air conditioning machine is not very conveniently placed within the room, since it is close to the window for the outlet pipe. However it works, but perhaps it works harder than it needs to do that the room stays cool in the summer. The bathroom has a glass shield, but it isn't completely protecting water from getting to the floor, so beware of where to stand on in the bath tub for a shower. It doesn't really matter though since the floor had drainage for excess water to get to.

Do not stay here. There are many other hotels nearby. This hotel does have great location. But keep in mind, walking might not be the best way to the hotel. Their shuttle bus business probably outsourced to the third party. The driver was very unprofessional and did not respect our time despite only 5 minutes away from the terminal. The front desk staff barely speak any understandable English. Hey, you are in the hospitality industry, you have to know some English before hired. Best Western need to hire people who know how to communicate and psychologically normal shuttle bus driver.

The price is excellent. You can reserve a flexible occupancy and exit schedule. The family arrived in the morning, left in two days, paid 80 dollars. It's not fi.

Like every hotel in the airport has special characteristics, and so the roads, the mashed. People settle late at night and leave early in the morning. Usually. Unable to set up air conditioning-open windows. If you know that, you don't have to be mad about the lack of mentality. Dengovyzhimalka It is the very word.

It's not a 'bad' hotel, because it's not a hotel. This is a place to rent rooms in 6 hour blocks without having to leave the airport. You do *not* have to go through international customs and exit the airport and this is why this place exists. I had a 14 hour layover which I booked 12 hours for about $150 US. It's not a bargain, it's not something that you'll look forward to staying at next time. The staff is so-so, the lounge is not very good and you're better off eating anywhere else in the airport.

Spend extra time and go elsewhere, there is a lot of hotels just minutes from the airport. Not the best value for your money. Zero customer service, staff hang up on me twice over the phone as they couldn't understand what i'm asking for. Charged my CC twice — refunded but refund took a while plus extra fee for exchange… Great airport, amazing transit, but the hotel could try better.

I stayed here twice during my long layover trip. It was very convenient hotel located inside the airport. If you have time and energy I would suggest you go through immigration and check-in in a nearby hotel at the airport. The first time I checked in they only allowed me to stay in for 12 hours and the price is $$$. The 2nd time, they asked me what time do I want to check out, when I told them that I'll be staying for 15 hours, they charge me for the extra 3 hours (12 hr + 3 hr = $$$$). The room where I stayed are clean but the bed sheets and towels are so rough as if it was soaked in a cornstarch and dried it under the sun, the floor was dusty like it hasn't been vaccum and the wall is way tooo thin that you can even hear people flushing their toilets, tv, talking or closing their doors. It was so thin that you can't even sleep because of the noises. I don't mind paying for an expensive hotel as long as I'm comfortable but this hotel didn't give me that satisfaction.

In the Incheon Airport, the only glaring negative experience that I went through was the transit hotel. The desk lady was giving an air of attitude to me. Also, nowhere in the hotel did notepads exist. Not in the bedroom and not at the reception desk. When I asked the receptionist to write down my checkout time, she gave me a weird look and had to write down the checkout time on a card. In addition, I sensed xenophobia from her. Which is extremely uncalled for, she works in an international airport. What a weird hotel not to have any form of blank paper to write on.

Two weeks ago, my sisters finished their trip in US, flied back to China from Seattle. On the way home, they stopped one night in Gogo House while changing the air plane. Next morning, as they are unfamiliar to the area, they got up early and went to the airport in hurry. After passing the security checking in the airport, while shopping in a duty free shop, one of my sisters found she lost her wallet! The time is little bit short if she returns to hotel to look for it, and she is unfamiliar with the way from the airport to the hotel, plus she doesn't know how to pass the airport security checking again once she is out, so they excluded the possibility to go back to the hotel in person and tried to make a phone call to the hotel. But their cell phone didn't work in international, and they speak nether English nor Korea. Finally someone in the airport helped her made a phone call to Gogo House. To their surprise, the wallet was found! After I received my sister's message (I am in US), I called the hotel. They told me they have found the wallet. They counted the total money in the wallet, that is 1400 US dollars, a few hundred Chinese yuan and a credit card. They also called my sister in China after they landed to verify the total amount and the owner. After a lot of back-forth email discussions, they finally delivered the money to my sister within two days. We have told them to keep some tips from the total amount as all those takes their time.

Pretty ordinary airport hotel, smells like cigarettes everywhere. Last painted a decade ago. Air conditioner works but is noisy. A one night only need a sleep kind of place. I wont stay again.

Good place for take a rest after a long flight. Located just few minutes from incheon airtport.

We had an overnight stay on our way home from New Zealand. The staff were welcoming and checking in was easy and went smoothly. Our room was very spacious but the beds not very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice.

Tremendously eaten its going to be pass in seoul. It has the station stop near the shuttle to the station and the aportaeropuerto of incheon is comfortable although a bit low a frequency.
I would only be in the to be in transit.

We stayed here because we missed our Asiana Airlines connection to Phnom Penh. The staff was great and friendly; however, the rooms were dark and smelled like cigarette smoke. In fact, our entire floor smelled like it. I wouldn't stay here again if I had to, it's just where Asiana Airlines put us up.

Mattresses are rock solid. Every room. My back is always killing me when our airline books us there.

We cannot adjust the temperature of the air conditioning in the room. It is very hot in summer, but the A. C. Set as 28 degree Celsius. How ever the pillows in this hotel are very comfortable. The staffs are helpful and kind.

Second time at this hotel. First time was not memorable. Second time was worse. Walked into the room and it was 75F, tried to get the ac running but it just kept cycling on and off every 3 seconds. Tried to call the front desk with the room phone no one picked up. So went downstairs to the lobby. Apparently it's cool enough outside, so they shut down the whole hotel ac system, gave me a fan and told me to open the window with the screen on. The only windows that open are 24 inches x 8 inches, and only 1 has a screen on it. By the way, that's also your emergency escape route with the rope the hotel has in your room. Then for some reason the non working monorail maintenance personnel decided to fix and grind at 1 am to 4 am. Oh, my windows are opened because I don't have ac. Odd thing is there was no maintenance throughout the day, only in the middle of the night. Grant it is neither extremely hot nor cold upper 50s to mid 70s during the time I stayed. Towels look worn and old, shredded on edges. The shower is a glass wall half of the tub, so the water gets everywhere. Everywhere like the toilet paper that's by the bath tub. Hope third times a charm, but not sure I really want to experience it.

I stayed one night but could NOT sleep because of strange smell constantly coming into the room through air ventilator. It smelled something like chemicals.
