I stayed here about 2 months about 3years ago. Location is good as built with shopping mall in city center… not so far from city center. Good hotel but not so good & not many facilities it has beside the price level.

The best hotel in Changwon. Good location for shopping and dining. City 7 shopping mall is next of this hotel. Golf driving range is provided.

It was clean and all the additional facilities were great.

The room is tidy and clean with good air conditioning system.

For Europeans is a very good place.

Stayed here for office visit, large and very comfortable rooms. Huge gym. Close to mall with food court if you want try different food. Mall also has Starbucks, McDonalds & KFC. Will stay again here.

Second stay at the Pullman. Nice room on the back side. No real view, just mountain behind. Best feature was traditional wooden bath. Consequently, the shower would leave the floor around toilet wet after shower.

A great hotel for Americans mostly the rest is expensive! But stay in the center of the city!

Had lunch at the Chinese restaurant located on the fifth floor on December 30, 2017. Easily accessible, dining room was spacious, but mediocre service (knocked over food numerous times! ) and bland food for its price.

Good location. But this isnt really a five star hotel. It's a 3 or 4 one at best.

I have stayed here several times due to the lack of international hotels. Overall positives: great location — near a shopping center and restaurants. Fantastic staff, delicious food, creative design… every room is lovely — even the fitness center. Overall negatives: The hotel, as a whole, needs some maintenance — very high end, boutique design… but silk wall coverings peel, cowhide chairs become bare. Rooms require a key for the air conditioning to operate, which means after a day working your room is 30 C — upper 80's. The restaurant is buffet only, and room service menu is pitiful. All electrical outlets are recessed, so that expensive converter you bought at the airport will not work. My least favorite rooms are on floors 15 & 16. For whatever reason, I am ALWAYS placed on these floors, and I nearly always ask to be moved. Every other room style I would rate highly. These rooms have miserable working space, just as miserable lighting, no seating area, and no tub. If they would close or remodel these floors, the hotel would be 4 stars.

Great hotel. The best in Changwon.

Very nice personell. Clean and modern. Live music with very good quality live music every night from 20:00 to 22:00. Gym, swimming pool available. And you get some bikes to take a tour too. Totally recommend!

Felt the front office staff were rather cold, rooms are generally okay but avoid room 1110 unless you want to listen to the washing machine whirring all night. (housekeeping might nearby or the noise travelled directly through the air vents.

The Pullman is the best Hotel in this part of the Country. The communal areas have all had a face lift but the rooms are tired. The bar is very expensive and lacks atmosphere, typical hotel bar.

It's ok; not a lot of options in the area.

Nice place to stay in Changwon Korea.

For the most part, this was a nice hotel, probably the nicest in the area, however, it's probably time for an update to the rooms.

I can't really say that this hotel is worth 5 stars. The rooms are not as spacious as I expect. The service staff was also not so quick in their work.
