This was my favorite place to stay for years but the quality has slipped on my last stay. The continental breakfast was something I looked forward to but what I see now it is basic and has slipped. I will likely look for a new place next time.

Great hotel. Good food & ammazing staff.

Very convenient and comfortable hotel. The staff is very helpful and polite. Rooms are large and comfortable. The facilities — Gym, swimming pool, sauna etc. They have complimentary laundry facility as well. Breakfast buffet is very elaborate and has a variety of dishes to choose. The hotel is directly accessible from incheon airport by express bus as well. In summary very nice overall experience.

Really friendly staff, very comfortable beds and great bar atmosphere with Live music.

Beautifully modern decor on 15th floor. Breakfast buffet was out of this world.

Attended a conference here. Loved there business meeting place. Huge lobby. Food is amazing though.

Went there for dinner. The buffét wasn't great but the service was pretty good. The a la carte was better but still not great. If you like Korean food, there are better places. Western food is not very good in Korea, period. This hotel was nothing special.

They turn off the a. C. In winter and the room was hot. 75f hot. They provided a fan and told me to open a window. Air quality was very poor during my stay so I could not leave it open. The room was ok. I had a handicap room so bed was low and rails by toilet. Shower head would drop every time I turned it off.

Very clean. Upscale standard. Partly live music in the restaurant. Smoking. Close to the ' In-Mile ' in Suwon. Extremely friendly service.

The hotel front desk is not friendly. Rooms are okay but not good. The bathtub and normal shower cabin are mixed up so uncomfortable. Room service is very good. The hotel have only one smoking floor. The sales manager and other staff are good. They also have dedicated indian chef for indian guests. The food is good.

Great hotel with big rooms and really nice bathroom. Near the center and the motorway. Really great for family. Strongly recommend.

It was great dinner with my fiancee. During summer time temperature is really fine In the evening. The serving food was great either! Also that table wine was not bad :) Very romantic!

Western Hotel. I felt the staff was a little blasé. With a lack of attention to the customer sometimes.

Rooms are great and quiet, with a service staff that is friendly and detailed. Location is okay but you will need to grab a taxi if you want to eat something decent or get more entertainment, though because of its location you're not going to have a horde of cabs waiting outside the hotel at all times like some more centrally located hotels. The room service food is certainly worthy of a 4* hotel.

Stayed during a business trip to Suwon. Great place. Breakfast is not so great. Clean and spacious room. People at the front desk are supportive.

It's great for the mid-level hotel and cost. The rooms are clean and amenities. There are a few choices for restaurants inside hotel that are all good. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great amenities but not many restaurants or things to do in the immediate vicinity. The palace and fortress is doable 20-30 min walk.

Excellent, well-run hotel. Only stayed one night but the staff were kind, and the rooms large and clean. Pillows far too soft though.

Nice buffet compare to the price you pay. Similar high quality with more food in hotels Seoul you might have to pay double. But this is good enough to enjoy.

This is a great hotel with accommodating employees. The buffet style restaurant in the hotel was a good spot for breakfast and dinner. There are private conference rooms in the restaurant for business meetings which were convenient. The fitness center is small, and kept rather warm so if you're looking to work up a good sweat it should do the trick. Also, the AC in the room wasn't as cold as I'm used to although that seems to be the standard for this area. Overall I would recommend this hotel and enjoyed my stay.

One of the nicer places to stay in Suwon. Excellent buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. Rooms are nice and clean. Decent gym. The problem is that the rooms are too hot and you cant cool them down. I have been here in summer as well as chilling winters with freezing outside temps. Room temp stays above 75F no matter what you try. I have chamged rooms, tried south east and north facing. They upgraded me for free. But its still too hot to sleep. Not exactly what you need with a western jetlag.

Stayed here 150+ nights over 10 months, and can't say enough good things about this hotel, how it's managed, and every single employee! Service is perfect in every aspect, rooms are nice (the only problem that I've had that wasn't solved is that in the winter some rooms are consistently too hot — require opening the windows in the winter-, others too cold; a little warmer than you might expect in the summer, but not a problem), lounge is comfortable for work and its food usually good and definitely plentiful. It's exceptionally well managed, everything is made to simplify your business travel, and every single employee that I've had the pleasure to interact with over this long period was professional, effective and friendly (a few felt like family :-) ). Don't hesitate for a second if you're in Suwon for business (they'll likely help you get to work too! ). Its location is good, even though I haven't found much to eat that I liked within walking distance. It's 10 minutes by taxi to Ingyedong, 12 minutes to Suwon Station (W5500). Google doesn't work too well in South Korea, but I've added some of my favorite restaurants on the map with a review:-).

It's a good place to stay and the staffs are kind though the surroundings are not exciting.

Great service, good breakfast, brilliant rooms. Cheap and reliable bus to airport. Free shuttle to Samsung office (good for those going there) Not for holidays though. Strictly for business as its far from subway, retail centers or night life.

Went two times to this place in the company dinners. Good food.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 months while in South Korea for business. This hotel is amazing and helped with anything I needed including calling places to describe how I want me hair cut. They have business cards that they will write destinations on for the cab drivers as well. The staff was very helpful.

Superior suite as it's best Staff are friendly, polite and we'll mannered. They made me feel welcome by ushering me to the elevator as well as giving me directions to me room. When I opened the door to my room, my initial impression was comfort and neat. The room is well equipped with basic necessities such as hairdryer, potions and lotion, sewing kit, comb and many more. Using the toilet was fantastic like ones in Japan but with English text to know what functions to use. Wifi is free and available in room and lobby. Overall my experience and stay was great. Recommended to other to stay if given the opportunity.
