Very friendly hotel, with good location.

The room was very clean and well laid out. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast has a nice variety of food and drinks. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is also attached to a mall so it is easy to find a place to eat (for dinner) outside the hotel without going far. Transportation — bus, train, or subway — from the hotel is very easy. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay, on business or a personal trip.

Nice hotel. Breakfast buffet is very good with a wide variety of food. Try the omlettes and wonton soup. The hotel is conveniently located near many shopping and eating places. The elevators immediately indicated which one would be used. I have not seen this before but really appreciated the convenience. The room is comfortable and well appointed. The toilet, however, was small by Western standards. It had a bidet feature. The space was slightly confining. The shower/bath was also tight and only had a 40% side panel. This means water splashed out and generally left a mess.

Beautiful hotel. Everyone is very helpful and super nice even through the language barrier. They accommodate easily and find a way to explain. Breakfast is complete full buffet with choices beyond my expectations. Recommends 100%.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and new. The restaurant is good, the breakfast is average. I stayed here for more than a month, they used to give every week something as a gift. While I was vacating the hotel manager took me to a great dinner. Overall the hotel and staff are very nice. The stay was quite pleasant.

Excellent hotel and staff! This place is great for a weekend stay. The menu in the restaurant is amazing. However, the food is often cold (even the cuts of meat which should be served hot). The food is the best part of this hotel. Breakfast has a large selection of foods to choose from, but it is often cold too. The chef is available to cook eggs and omelets so they are hot and fresh. Bacon is often cold and sometimes undercooked, sitting in a pan of hot rocks (which doesn't keep the food warm). The dinner buffet is extremely nice, with snow crab legs, shrimp, steaks, Indian dishes, traditional Korean dishes, huge arrays of desserts, salads, and soups. The red meats taste delicious, even though they're cold most of the time. Overall, the restaurant does an excellent job at providing a great meal for hotel guests. I wish the food was kept at better temperatures, it would make the meal more enjoyable. Compliments to the chef and the restaurant staff for amazing service everytime I visit.

"Good location, not bad! " This hotel is connected to the Suwon Korail Station. If you use the train to Suwon, it will be good choice to book this hotel. Its building is new one and connected to the AK Plaza department store. So very clean and comfort. But these are all. Foods are not the best.

Absolutely good hotel beautiful large rooms clean and modern good service and close to the bus station to the airport only about 80 minutes.

This is a sister hotel of the Ibis in Suwon, both hotels are very clean and definitely 5 star. The staff is so accomodating and they anticipate your every need. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

Clean, close to shopping, food and a train and subway station, great service crews at the front entrance, good cleaning crews, great breakfast and dinner options (large breadth of choices, though pricey; dinner buffet is 55 USD for hotel guests).

Hotel is near suwon subway and bus terminal. Easy transport access but a little far from city. A lot of resturant and shopping nearby as well.

I understand in trying to be green, but during my 5 day stay; housekeeping did not replenish the small tube of shower gel. Other than that the overall stay was pleasant.

The hotel was quite new so all of the facilities were in good condition. The well-designed room was large and in fashionable style. Hotel is a part of Suwon Station, which means that the visitors could reach the station and the AK Plaza (department store) in just 3~5 minutes. Also, Lotte Mall Suwon is near the hotel, thus the environment here is convenient. Everything was fine in the hotel, and the lounge was fantastic that had good view and delicious food. It's a good choice to stay here.

My stay with Novotel was incredible! The rooms and amenities were luxurious and comfortable. The service was phenomenal. As a native English speaking American, Novotel made it super easy for me to navigate South Korea and get the help I needed.

Hotel is very modern and very clean. Staff are so helpful. Everything appeared to be slick and efficiently run. Close to shopping centre. Very good well stocked gym and a lovely spa. Highly recommended.

This was a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend it to anyone for business or pleasure. Eli at the front desk did an excellent job as did the front office staff. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the buffet for lunch and dinner (paid be credit card rather than book to the room). The elevators were quiet and quick helping the atmosphere to remain quiet and calm. The housekeeping staff were very good as well. A very nice stay indeed.

It's really a great hotel! We felt very comfortable and released! Oh the breakfast buffet is awesome~~~
