Had a very nice stay here, the staff is very friendly and really makes you feel at home. Always a smile and a friendly word. We had a room on the parkside where you have a nice view. By subway you can easily get to downtown Seoul.

This is one of my most favourite hotels. Again I had a great time here. I stayed here almost 7 weeks and the staff made me really feel at home. Thank you all, until next time!

Arriving 13 jan 9:30 am and waited until now 13:00 room still not ready. Was asked to come bavk at 12:00 noon den asked to wait until 13:00 and now 14:00 … an exceptional easily chk in for a room can be such difficult for a reputable hotel like this?

Was surprised today after I checked out, the hotel later sent me a message claiming that I had taken the beef jerky from the mini bar and wants to charge me for it. Obviously, I had not even open the minibar and wonder how a hotel can claim that I had taken the beef jerky when in fact likely it was not there in the first place. There must be a system in the hotel to manage the proper handling of minibar. I stayed in many hotels over more than 30 years and this is the first time that I am incorrectly accused for something I had not done. Surely, it is not a hotel to stay as they don’t have a system to even manage minibar. I just feel disgusted!

Stayed at this location for 3 weeks total on 2 work trips earlier this year and had really good consistent service experience at the exec lounge and front desk. I got an upgraded room courtesy of my plat status and had access to good free food/drinks at the exec lounge everyday and the always happy and cheerful staff in the exec lounge was a bonus. Location was pretty good with access to a lot of good restaurants and the big hyundai mall with imax screen all at short walking distance from the hotel.

Hotel is very upscale. Rooms and service we're top notch and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only downside was the lack of amenities being a small gym. For being on a business trip this was a great choice!

Pangyo is een nieuwe industriele wijk gebouwd tussen 2006-2012. Hotel was uitstekend. Ik had een parkview kamer met uitzicht naar kantoortorens van de Techno Valley die van hotel gescheiden worden door een park en riviertje. Op wandelafstand van Pangyo metro station en winkelcomplex Hyuandai. De kamers waren ruim, netjes en modern ingericht. Het ontbijt was goed.

Very nice hotel. Well located for my business needs. Just avoid the restaurants accessible from inside the building, some of those are not worth the effort.

I truly just love it here, the people are so wonderful and graceful and very pleasant! Sure make you feel right at home, even though were eight thousand miles away! Thank you so much Marriott.

The service of this hotel is really TERRIBLE I ever have seen before. Counters don’t know how to deal with customer’s response and need. I will NEVER stay this hotel NEVER. I really disappointed of the hotel.

This particular Marriott location is very good. It is next to a large open Park, and behind the hotel is a subway station. It provides easy access to Seoul. It is only 17 minutes on a very fast train. The location is wonderful. The hotel itself is new and very well furnished. The service is amazing. In particular, the executive Lounge is nice.

Excellent hotel, with medium sized rooms and well located for easy walking the the train station, shuttle bus to the airport and plenty of restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet. Gym was very small for such a large hotel though.

I really appreciate that I can enjoy the delicious food and beauty structure in the Courtyard Pangyo Hotel.

Nice Marriott hotel and the only one in Pankyo. The staff were really nice. Although it's a courtyard I was surprised it had an executive lounge which was great. They do have beer and wine but you can't access it until happy hour time. Breakfast buffet was excellent. So for a courtyard really going out of it's way to be a higher end hotel but at the coaurtyard price. I loved it here and would love to come back.

Lots of things to do nearby as far as food and shopping. Located close to the Pangyo Station allowing you to get around easily. Staff is awesome, and rooms have a great view.

Don't let the Courtyard brand fool you, this might as well be a full fledged Marriott. Terrific. New, spotless, modern decor. Very upscale.

Great location. Airport bus stop is 5 minutes on foot. Pangyo station 10 minutes. Next to picturesque river park. Rooms are spacious and well maintained and appointed. Amenities are generous but complimentarh shaving kit is by request. Access on the ground floor controlled by concierge. Lifts from here only reach carpark and main lobby. Access to guest roo. S and lounge is by a other bank of lifts from lobby. Security for guests is good, with card controlled access to guest and lounge floor. Lounge is also by card access at main entrance. Has a very good happy hour spread. Opens till 12 midnight which is a real plus point for late working. Food is generally ok. Service is very good, attentive but unobtrusive.

Great buffet here. Luxury dinner you can have it here. Buffets are targeting Korean but anyone from other countries would be satisfied.

Truly and excellent hotel. Fantastic staff, everything is spotlessly clean, and the food is good. Minor downsides are the multiple elevators, and a leaky shower in my room.

Pangyo… is s business district so it's not exactly fun. However, the hotel is considered to be adjacent to the "hot" area of Pangyo. Room quality is nice, but the size felt small considering Pangyo's openness. I guess it can't be helped with its high real estate cost. Service is fantastic. Staff is very friendly.

One of the best Courtyard Marriot hotels you could stay at. The staff is extremely friendly, concierge is helpful and always willing to go the extra step to get you the information you need. Fitness center is ok, but there are plenty of options nearby the hotel to work out as well. The dining experience is not cheap but the food is great quality.

Room was good, the shower is modern and very good. TV supports 'screen mirroring' for smartphones. Internet quality seems good. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice and very good fresh products.

Awesome! Been here for many times, I personally requested this hotel in my every visit to our office here in Korea, nearby Pangyo station and also walking distance from the office. Staffs are very nice, breakfast is good and room service are great.

Great hotel, wonderful service, comfortable, clean rooms and yummy breakfast. Marriott Gold and Platinum members can access the club lounge for afternoon happy hour. Hotel staff available at all time with a smile. Located in the middle of Pangyo high tech park and 5 minuets walk from a metro station (15 minutes away from Gangnam). Area is full with restaurants, especially if you love beer and fried chicken. Gym is a bit small and less equipped than most hotels on this level but runners can enjoy a nice long jog along the nearby boardwalk. Stayed in the hotel over 10 times and will keep coming back every trip to Korea.

I have to give you 5 stars for your hospitality service during my 3 nights stay there. Even hotel is a bit far from central of Seoul or touristic areas, but it is close to Pangyo Station, you might have to change more stations to get around. Many restaurants around the hotel. Spacious and nice rooms. Thank you for all of your staff that make my stay memorable especially a small new year card with your staff's handwriting (Hannah Noh). I am so impressive on this! and Soekhwa KIM (sorry if I wrote your name incorrect) You are a " STAR " of Front Office Department! You're very friendly and helpful on how to take care of your customer. Always smile even in busiest and tough time for breakfast in the morning. Thank you everyone ^_^

Great location with friendly & very helpful staff, no request is too difficult to undertake & our comfort is priority for them. They are a great team! Handy for shopping & and is a wonderful walking area. We would not hesitate to reccommend this hotel to anyone, it is one of the best we have stayed in. Great attention to detail. Nice location, many coffee shops and eateries around. Very pleasant and customer friendly staff who greeted with warm welcome. Completely 'non smoking' hotel which is great for guests like me. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Momo cafe has excellent breakfast set up with good variety of vegetarian food as well, which is not easy on Seoul. … A good place for business visit stay.

Great spacious hotel. breakfast buffet is okay, there is not a good selection of pastry & bread… but the venue has an amazing view of the pangyo techno valley. the room smells a little funny too…

Nice place to stay. Marriott Gold members receive extraordinary service from very welcoming staff. Better than the service at Seoul Namdaemoon. (That place was not so good, though they are brand new. )

Good hotel, helpful staff, tasty food, has access to the shopping center downstairs the building. Has lots of sculptures.

Excellent service! Amazing staffs, from the concierge to the front desk to the executive lounge. Staffs were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Great location, about 25 minutes to Dongtan (by taxi) where my office is and only about 15 minutes to Gangam via subway. Rooms and hotel in general very clean. Had a great stay the last couple trips. I'll be staying there again my next trip to Korea. There are good places to eat around the area (Avenue France, Hyundai dept, local eateries, and much more). Love the screen golf place at SG tower next to the hotel. Thank you for the warmth welcome and great hospitality and of course to the amazing staffs who made my stay such a pleasant one.

One of the better hotel experiences I've had. This is saying a lot coming from a seasoned traveler. Will be my first choice when traveling to the Seoul/Seongnam area. Best part of hotel was the courteous, attentive, helpful, friendly staff. Their amenities were great and only thing I could ask for was a better gym including a pool. Location is convenient to numerous eateries, bars, subway, and anything else you will need while traveling. I had one small issue while checking in and the front desk manager went above and beyond to make sure it was handled appropriately.

Brand new, clean business hotel which is located in Korean Silicon Valley, Pankyo.

No nicer hotel exists in Korea.

Good buffet in AM, room was modern and clean, close to public transportation.
