Big room but awful view.
-For the price there should’ve been a continental breakfast included.
-You have to take an elevator up to the 4th floor and then walk over to a different elevator to get to your room, and that was a little annoying.
-The location right across the street from the beach was nice, but.
There was some road noise occasionally.
-The bed was comfortable, but only had two pillows.
-The shower was not great, (moldy floor), but the toilet was nice.
-Good location with lots of food options.
-Even though I booked my reservation months ahead, I still didn’t get placed on a higher floor, (which I requested).
-The pool and the hot tub were not open and that was one of the reasons why I wanted to stay at the hotel.
-The room seemed too empty. There could have easily been a little couch in one of the large empty spaces.
-There was no place to sit down near the door to take your shoes off, (even though there was enough room for a little chair), so I had to sit on the floor, which was annoying.
-There were no regular size towels.
-There was a little refrigerator with a small freezer which was handy.
Bedsheets were dirty, towels were a little stinky, the air conditioning did not work, I asked to get a room that it worked but they would not change it.
The gym is just in the open an noisy.
The room was clean but very old. Don't stay here it's not worth the location.

The front desk responds immediately whenever I call. What impressed me most was that I mentioned the low water pressure in the bathroom one night, and when I came back the next day, they had already replaced the showerhead with a new one! Housekeeping is also very thorough—everything is kept spotless every day. While they don’t provide large bath towels, they give plenty of small towels daily.

I booked an executive ocean-view suite, which includes a separate bedroom, living room, and even a kitchen. The space is very spacious, and the sea view from the room is absolutely stunning. The bathtub is ergonomically designed, making it very comfortable to lie in.

Just a 2–3 minute walk takes you to a lively street full of restaurants, shops, and even a night market. The beach is right across the road. Since I stayed on a high floor (20+), there was no noise from the street.

-Some reviews mentioned that the heating is only available for limited hours. I stayed there in early April, and honestly, the indoor temperature was comfortable enough that I didn’t really need to use the air conditioning. I only turned it on briefly each day, so I didn’t notice any time restrictions.
