Almost great. The rooms are nice, the prices amazing, there is a fridge, washer / dryer, kitchen, shower, towels, toothbrushes, etc… I would say the biggest miss was with all these amenities provided, why didn't the provide a freaking 110V outlet / adapter in the room? I had to walk all the way to eMart to buy one. Also, they could have labeled the place so it was easier to find. The building has no visible markings outside that says Elbon the stay. It was only after I walked all around the building did I see the sign on the freaking elevators. Finally, they should include some instructions on how to use the lighting and HVAC system in English. We had to guess work through things for awhile.

Room booked on Expedia is different from what I was given. 1801 is nice and clean but the false advertisement is what got me irritated with the service here.
1. They show pictures of the rooftop pool but did not mention the pool is pay to use before booking.
2. Premier Double Room, Sea View listing include a bunch of different rooms, you never know which one you will get. Nor did they send you a picture of the room you will stay prior to coming.
3. Kakaotalk customer service has an attitude. The way they talk to customers as if customers are wrong.
4. There is no ac in the bedroom of 1801, only in the living room.
5. Bonus for being right next to the beach and walking district.

1. Failure of initial promises: The hotel’s initial promise of parking for our car at a nightly fee of 11, 000 won turned out to be a complete sham. Instead, we were unexpectedly charge of 40, 000 won on our credit card for two nights due to their alleged “Registration Error. ” It’s disappointing and misleading.
2. Unhelpful Process and Lack of Transparency in the Refund Process: Despite the hotel owner’s apology and assurance of a refund, we’re left in the dark. There’s no clear timeline, and they haven’t specified the refund method. Our attempts to communicate via emails and messages have fallen on deaf ears. It’s frustrating to be kept waiting without any resolution.
3. Lack of responsibility: We reported the issue to Agoda, but the hotel’s lack of responsiveness is concerning. When Agoda attempted to contact them, suddenly they claimed they couldn’t speak English—despite our entire communication being in English. It’s unprofessional and raises questions about their accountability.
