Hotel is just normal. Facilities are average and not with money spent. There is nothing special about it. Staff is discourteous especially front desk with reason best known to them. The do not help, perhaps limited because of being undertrained for foreigners.

Clean well furnished rooms Wi-Fi good, staff good buffet meals leave a lot to be desired. The burger in the squid ink bun is outstanding.

A seriously lovely Hotel. Food is indeed excellent and service in top. Rooms are good and International TV channels are plentiful. Internet is excellent as always in Korea and location in this case was not important as I just had to sign on a vessel and no need to use the location for anything.

Traditionally decorated. The service is good.

Good decent hotel. Wooden ambience interiors, Gives a ancient effect. Very near to city centre. Overall experience good.

The room is quite comfortable and the CP value is quite high. 1F and duty-free shops can be visited. Friends Recommend Charm Charm Lotion is very moisturizing. I also spent a lot of money over there.

It's magnificent. Tang Style architectural design but this road is on the hillside from the subway station to take a steep slope. The bus is only 43rd all the way. It's not good to find him. On the ground floor there is a charm & charm, a duty-free shop that specializes in Korea's local cosmetics and skincare products.

Hotel looks like a really grand palace from the outside. View from the room is great because the hotel is located on high ground — downside is that it is really tough to get to from the nearest subway station. Hotel is old so the fittings aren't fantastic but still more than adequate. Rooms are big and spacious. Buffet breakfast was decent but not amazing.

Clean and beautiful building. The rooms are old and the bathroom need to be updated. The walls are very thin and you hear everything from outside and the rooms next to yours. For a 5 stars hotel it's disappointing.

Good resturaunt great for meetings and corporate events. Close to main rail station.

Looks royal from the outside. Not so much from the inside. Got a room on the top floor. Room was quite old. Bathroom fittings were very old and aged. Staff doesn't speak English. Food was ordered in. It was average. Hotel location is nice. Close to the famous lotte mall.

Rooms are clean and the staffs are friendly. The location is okay depending on where you want to be heading.

Good, quiet, the rooms are not big but cozy, only two channels of Russian TV and in the bathroom can be added to the shampoos and toothbrush Britvinnyi machine, it is only paid. I liked it and the price is acceptable.

It's a nice hotel and the manager on duty was very kind to upgrade my room and give me fan to run it at my room while the weather was very hot.

Good location. Airport Bus is good option to reach there hassle free.

Absolutely stunning! Loved how it presented Korean traditional elements with modern taste. Comfortable stay — will definitely come back.

I've Tried Buffet here, And the Food was Beyond average. Price are cheap, Even for dinner (About 35USD) But I advise you should Find another place to stay If you are not staying one of their suites. Normal Rooms are not modernized than your expectation.

Visited here for a wedding. Not a big hall but the atmosphere was pretty good. The buffet restaurant on the first floor was nice too. They don't have many kinds of dishes, but foods were good for me.

Kind people, but no Wi-Fi and noisy There is plenty of cheap accommodation in Busan, so if you are taking this hotel for the price you might as well find another. The service from the employees is good but the hotel seems to need to be modernize.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The website features beautiful pictures of a sauna and gym, these sadly are only available to men. I am a runner and because I am a woman I had to use the ladies gym which was in the dungeon of the hotel. The gym consisted of 1 treadmill from the 1970s which did not even work. I wound up running in the stairwells. I complained to the management so hopefully things will change, but it's 2014, seriously. All of the rooms smelled incredibly musty. The buffet was the only thing that was noteworthy in this hotel, otherwise by western standards it is in serious need of an update. Find another place to stay.
