Nice Hotel to stay. Lovely food court
Situated in the heart of city. I enjoyed the stay.

Clean and functional hotel, strategic location despite not being close to any top attraction This is a simple yet elegant hotel that gives you excellent location, clean, functional and comfy rooms and a nice breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. Next to Bujeon station, it allows you explore Busan city and it is.

We had good time staying in the hotel. The hotel is convenient that the subway is right there. Plus there is no transfer needed, if you take the KTX. There is also under ground shopping center. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast buffet. There is also “smart Traders Seomyeon” that is about 15 minutes walk — it is like Target. We visited it at the 1st day, and got cases of bottle water for the days we stayed in Busan — you can even get nice sushi there; we ate something quick there, after our long way from NY that everyone was so tired. 附近有smart Traders Seomyeon、好似家樂福。可以去买水、我們第一天就去买了兩箱的水。

Location, service an food all are excellent of this hotel. Bujeon station is near to this hotel making an ideal place to live.

The hotel above the hospital is the only one. Guests are please note that the hotel will turn off the air conditioning late at night, only to open the windows or to adjust the air conditioning temperature to less than 18 degrees, but due to the location of the road on the road, you will only be unable to sleep if the window is opened.

Room air-conditioning good adjustment, clean sister did not fully do the sun, breakfast please eat outside a little better. Too bad breakfast affects everyone's mood.

Good location with restaurants nearby. Small room but clean and cozy enough. Coin laundry available.

The rooms include floors 9 to 16. In the building and before, construction work took place, so that you could not sleep on time 8 o'clock. In my room the shower stall was leaking and the anyway very small bathroom was under water. The room was very dark; The view of the city that was promised on the hotel's website remained unchanged — an office building is opposite.
As a le club member you had the choice between a coffee and a tea. Breakfast costs 20.000 won.

The front desk is well served on the 17 floor, but at the underground gate the manager is very well served, the state we call a taxi with a relatively high change shop. This hotel is at the kettle station, West station, 9 underground street, ^_^

Good place for a business visit. Hotel is giving quite an importance to preserving natural resources which is quite commendable. But if you are an indian veggie dn this is not d place for you. But yes the place is situated near the city center hence you can find some good loacal as well as indian food around. Room are not big but again you dont need big rooms for official visitors. Cleaning is up to the mark. Services are good so all in all a good place to check in.

It was a bit of a schlep to go all the way to the top floor to check in, only to go down 6 floors again, to my room. On check out day, it was a schlep to check out on the 17th floor and then have to go all the way to Ground floor to exit. There is therefore no lobby / waiting area, while awaiting transportation. When checking out I mentioned that I would pay cash for the alcohol I had consumed, the rest being charged to my company. The Service Agent had difficulty understanding me and after we had completed the transaction, he stated that he could not void the account and issue me a new one (minus the alcohol), as the computer system could not do that. Also have more Service Agents at the desk when it could be peak time — check out time specifically. A few more entertaining English channels on TV would be great. Thanks for accommodating me for a "late" dinner — after 9:30 PM. Food — dinner and breakfast was very good. Wi-Fi excellent. Possibly introduce face cloths in the rooms.

Service was excellent during our stay. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Location was a bit out of the way and we had a bit of a problem getting a taxi back to the hotel despite showing the address in Korean to the drivers. However, hotel is connected nearby to the subway. Rooms were clean and comfortable for the price paid.

Conveniently located with metro station and bus stops literally at the hotel front door. Check in was swift and easy and the room is decent in size and has all the standard amenities. The breakfast is adequate considering it is an ibis and the restaurant is bright with view of the bustling traffic. There are starbucks and convenient store at street level and even a hair salon if you needed one.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and next to one of those underground shopping street exits. Well connected to the subway system to get around the city. Facility is nicely decorated, clean, and adequate room size. May be the TV can be upgraded to a little bit bigger one for today's viewing. Increase the counter space inside the bath room if possible. Shelf space seems to be limited even with two people.

My stay is comfortable. The room is clean and happy to get upgraded to larger room. The breakfast is good with numerous choice. However, the negative side is the toilet flushing is not working properly, sometimes it cannot be flushed. And one bed is facing air-conditioner made person sleeping there easily feel cold. Overall still feel above average satisfaction although it is not perfect stay.

An excellent Ibis in the center of Busan. We stayed in 2 Ibis hotels in South Korea, both are better (service, rooms, amenities) that their counterpart back in Europe. (+ good; +/ — in between ; — bad) + : good room (we had a superior one), with everything you need and excellent views of Busan + : the staff is very helpful, they will help you with everything you need + : subway station at the base of the hotel +/ — : breakfast was OK but not something you'll remember — : nothing! Tip! : If you need to wash clothes, there is a washing room at the 10th floor. We washed/dried a lot of stuff for 3000 won, the price for 1 t-shirt if washed by the hotel service.

Recommended Great soft beds. Slept well So often you go to a hotel. Sweaty and tired. You want a nice shower. In this hotel Water pressure for the showers is perfect Checking into the hotel is confusing and time consuming. Breakfast is way over priced however you are a captive audience or have a Starbucks located on the ground floor.

Very nice hotel with great staff! Located in the center of Busan, South Korea. The only downside for water enthusiasts is no pool. But very good kitchen-buffet on the 17th floor, and in the average price range. Going back to the Ibis Hotel, let the pool have to walk for 150 meters!

It was over 33 degrees in Celsius outside with extensive heat wave warnings across the country. The lobby and hallways were nicely air conditioned, however, upon entering the room that was facing South, it was steaming hot. In room A/C was off. I guess no one care to turn it on when a guest is supposed to check in. I did check in online, and the key was ready when I arrived at the hotel. So they knew I'd be there in that room sooner or later. It was after 5 hours of driving from Seoul to Busan and all I wanted was to take a rest and cool down in a airconditioned hotel room. I guess it was just too much to ask at Ibis Busan.

The buffet was just gorgeous. The food was very simple. Was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant is on the 17th floor. The view of the city is impressive. The staff is very friendly. Everything was great. The service in the hotel is very good!

The hotel justifies expectations. Good service, very courteous attentive staff at reception. Good service in the rooms. A little lacking wrecking waiters in the restaurant.

Clean and staffs are good. But room is small and breakfast is bad for its price.

Good quality service, staff with present smile, clean and tidy room. It's neighboring Busan market, a big traditional market to buy Korean food of all kinds. Most importantly, the hotel is just next to Busan station of Metro Line 1. So, one may buy things day and night at the underground shopping center!

Ok hotel. Strange to have FrontDesk on 17th floor and rooms below.

Clean and tidy, though a bit small.

Business, no frills hotel Good location, close to subway Airport transfer via bus or subway is challenging. We took subway and had to change trains twice. Est more than an hour to get here. Room is clean, somehow carpet seems to be dusty as winter clothes seem to pick dust balls. Maybe due to static charge on body. Small functional toilet. Limited hangers and hooks to hang your clothes especially winter wear.
