Very huge, elegant hotel. With lots of amenities to enjoy. It has its own duty free shops so you do not need to go out to the mall and do your shopping. Same with the restaurants, cafe and bake shops. Lots of choices to pick that suits your taste.
I’m glad I came. I’m on vacation here in Korea visiting my son and his wife who are station in Osan Air Base. I’m from Washington State, USA.

Quite a fantastic hotel stay, with plenty of amenities and comfortable room. Modern light and temperature controls, as well as strategically placed USB ports by the bed. The bidet toilet with heated seats is really nice! The shower/tub is a bit of a step to get in, so be weary of that and if any issues you should probably let the hotel front desk know.

Very lovely lounge with live music. Prices are high for even domestic beer and the portions for the meat and cheese platter are on the smaller end. However the quality of the cocktail craftmanship and experience was great. Decent selection of scotch whiskey — — Irish selection is lacking.

Hotel and staff was amazing. Friendly people tending to your every need. Very clean hotel in the heart of everything. The shopping mall is attached to the hotel as well as restaurants. Room service menu is super pricey but the food is good. Lots of food stands and redtsurants around the corner if you want more for way less. Definitely will stay there again in the future.

A good hotel, the staff's attention is excellent, they speak little English and no Spanish. The spa is recommended. There's a 110 v connection.

Fantastic hotel — very impressed with the competitive rates, complimentary room upgrade, and amazing food and beverage. The weekend buffet is simply world-class — comparable (if not better) than the equivalent 5 star offerings in Seoul. The location is also a positive — close to all major amenities and the Duty Free centre is attached to the hotel. Will be back again soon!

4 days I have been messaging the hotel through Expedia and emailing the hotel directly. 0 replies… I would expect this from a 3 star not even a 4 or 5 star. Unacceptable service when you are paying over $200 a night. Can I expect the same from the hotel staff?

Large size rooms with cozy beds. Location is very convient to access shopping and subway. Pleasant stay overall and would stay again next visit.

Lotte Hotel in Busan is a five-star luxury hotel, covers a wide, underground first floor directly to Lotte Department store, 7-8 Floor is a duty-free shop. It is a 43-storey, underground five-storey super building, located in the heart of the beautiful port city of Busan. Inside the hotel is super spacious and bright, the service staff cordial reception, the room is big everything, very comfortable, breakfast 6:30 start, want to enter early, otherwise will be waiting in line, by the reception staff with a bit. Food variety, after dinner coffee can also be called a cake to taste, very have the feeling of the afternoon tea, humanized design, let people have the idea, eat very comfortable.

Large rooms, excellent indoor pools, location of hotel is excellent for who is interested for shopping not only at department store even surrounding area.

Very good services from the staff, near Seomyeon station, integrated location with Lotte dept store. Stay in 26 floor very nice view. Breakfast menu has a lot of choice.

Regardless of the environmental location, equipment, room size, breakfast, there is a certain level above. But the price of the duty-free shop next to it is not cheap.

Very good! Nice breakfast but be aware that you are not in the business sector more like the entertainment sector! If you are doing business in the Hyundae area this is at least 30 mins away!

Large room with classical interior design. Fantastic night views. Good amenities. Some people may feel the room is a bit too dark. Staffs with kind and professional services. Good quality breakfast buffet. Located in downtown, so it's fairly easy to travel to other parts of the city by using either public transportation or cars.

We usually stay at nicer hotels when travelling but this tops the list. A spacious room with great amenities, great access to shopping, and most of all exceptional spa service and concierge. I had a 2hr massage and it was the best I had experienced. I had to take a newly established train which didnt take foreign credit cards and the concierge, chloe, booked using her personal card and we charged the room. What a concept. The best hotel experience.

Beautiful hotel, great location (center of Busan) with a view of the mountains. Extemely clean, modern and friendly staff. Cannot say enough good things about this place. 5 star!

Great stay. The staff here is super super friendly. Its a bit on the expensive side. But the services totally justifies it's cost.

Awesome hotel. Very formal. I was lucky enough to have my trip paid for. They offer a package with breakfast and happy hour with unlimited drinks for only 40, 000 won. I highly suggest getting the extra package. Rooms are a bit expensive at 232, 000 per night. Location is great right next to a large district in Busan.

Only downfall is very short lounge hours.

3x visited this hotel Service is perfect, prices are expensive comparing to other hotels. They are renovating the rooms at this moment. If you have an older room its really old fashon and no value for money. But also in the renovated rooms you have to stand in your bath for taking a shower. Also the traffic is very busy in rush hour to it can take a while. Service is perfect, breakfast was not included so I had to pay 43.000 won extra for my breakfast, witch was perfect. Swimmingpool is outside, so you can not use it all the time. Summary; good staff, perfect service, rooms are old but they are renovating it and enough facilities. But I have seen better hotels for better prices in Korea.

Recommend for Business traveler and Group tour (as much discount) only. For tourist, hotels in Haundae beach area are better.
