I was very much unhappy with the way my case of forgetting my watch was handled. Saturday the 24/10/2020 my friends and I checked into the hotel (Aquarius luxury suites) which is based in Blaauwberg n checked out Sunday morning the 25/10/2020. Upon my checkout I forgot my watch In the main bedroom (I know I left it there 100% sure) when I called the hotel today the 26/10/2020 asking about my watch the supervisor whom I spoke to on the phone (Amanda) said there was no watch in the room a watch I know I left in that room by n accident. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone If our valuable belongings are not being kept safe when forgotten in THEIR rooms.

I would never recommend this place, from the reception, the staff r so unwelcoming. They gave us a suite which we booked a month in advance that had no carpet in the lounge, the lights didn't work, the blinds didn't close, its as if this room was 1 of the reject rooms, not given to other clients. For a place called luxury there is no heaters except for the panel ones on the walls that don't even heat up the room, which is freezing cold. A pathetic start to our capetown holiday, thankfully we didn't book there for the entire stay.

Beautiful place … A pity about the caliber of people that come there. The noise was terrible… seems it’s used as more of a party place. The room on the other side seemed to have a had a prostitution story happening. It’s a real pity as it’s a beautiful place and in my opinion is gonna be ruined with time.

Wow! The view from our balcony and the terrace was absolutely. We could see the Table Mountain, the ocean and the Neighborhood streets. To the awesome ladies at the reception and the cleaners (kisses my dear) they were so amazing and kind, not to mention the Our brother who assisted us with our parking, it was so good, we felt great and definitely will come back again for more. Spectacular.

Our visit was 5 days. From Friday night till Saturday morning till 03:00 noisy guest above us. After 3 attempts with Reception nothing has been done. So much for paying R1000 deposit for violating the rules. Those guest clearly violated the rules and should have been evicted immediately!

Everything was good, Wi-Fi, tv, Kettle, iron and the rooms where clean. We also have too many towels. Everything was on point, we really enjoyed our stay in Aquarius.

The sea view was amazing the interior design it's beautiful n simple and the cleanliness it's 100%

Sun 16-12-18; time 22:09; Raucous shouting screaming & banging on floors 11 and 12. This despite threats of fines for noise by management. Reception contacted at 21:30 but to no avail! Unpleasant, disappointed & annoyed!

Second time around was here about 5 years ago… Still the same good hotel.

The apartment, service and staff are excellent. On booking I had to agree to conditions: no noise, no entertaining guests. For the two nights that we have been here we had to put up with wild partying until the early hours of the morning. It seems like the staff are unable to control these guests. I am also no sure about this being a family friendly environment. The young men that check in here were shouting out their room numbers to people outside in the middle of the night. So much for no guests! We still have 14nights to go. I need to be convinced that I made the right choice after a 10km walk this evening and viewing other family friendly accommodation. I must however stress that the aoartment is very comfortable and clean and all the staff have been professional, helpful and most willing to assist.

Very spartan. No ice machine, breakfast etc. Broken shower head and water damaged walls. Has value of you pack 4 people in 2 rooms (or maybe they charge more for that). The new veneer does not hide a tired building.

Not a good hotel at all. But I guess you get what you pay for. For a hotel in this price range, you shouldn't expect a helpful room service staff or even a friendly welcoming smile.

Breathtaking view! Amazing! I loved it. Self catering and while mom and dad can feel spoiled the self catering room was perfect for the children as well.

Very inconveniently situated in the heart of Blouberg. Nice restaurants and entertainment all over. Kite and surf rentals close by. Apartments clean, spacious, modern and excellent views of the ocean and Table mountain.

Great hospitality, kind staff members and most importantly, what you see in the pictures is what you get! AFFORDABLE.

Good location, comfortable, well equipped apartment. Great view from balcony and one bedroom. Very disappointed that the second bedroom was small, dark and no view.

This is far from luxury I honestly think it’s the worst cheaply furnished place I’ve ever been to, the location is nice but there’s only one elevator with 12 floors so it’s terribke and you wait for ever to get in. Its noisy, the pool is very small and dirty I would never stay here again and wish for no one to come the place is also dirty if you look closely and waaaaaaaay overpriced as well. There was also flooding in the apartments due to the geyser exploding.

A nice place to stay over with quick access to the Blouberg beach.

Looks great but upon closer inspection very poorly maintained. Dirty oven with remnants of previous occupants dinner, broken cupboards and poorly thought through design. Balcony has a gap that my kid can fit through and fall 7 floors.

Absolutely marvelous except for the fact that there is only 1 elevator. Excellent service delivery.

Was the worst stay ever in my life. Noisy, over priced, bad service, felt unsafe, and could not wait to get out of there…

We stayed at 10th floor, what a beauty, the place was clean, staff went out of their way to assist, can not faulty it. One of the best places I have stayed in. Keep up the good work.

Poorly managed, washing machine broken no heating annoying little rules had to throw rubbish, not stuff you want do while on holiday.

We as a family just stayed in the penthouse suite to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday… the apartment was clean and well fitted (the dstv box didn't work, but it didn't matter) the views were spectacular… each of the three bedrooms had there own bathroom (which was great) the staff at the front desk were so lovely and friendly too, great first impression… if I had to nitpick, the only thing we didn't like was the sofa in the lounge, it was very low and not easy to get out of… but truly… we had a fantastic time and you will see us again…

Well priced and very comfortable units. Only objection is the lift. There is only one lift and when it is busy you wait forever…

The apartment was great with the partial view of the ocean as described. Its a close distance to any bars and shops if you need anything. I feel however that our room was not thoroughly checked before we arrived as 1 of the extractor fans in the rest rooms made a terrible noise when in use and even though there were clear signs mentioning an extractor fan in the kitchen there was not one.

Nice and clean, staff was very friendly. I would love to go back.
