This is by far the best boutique hotel I have stayed. I’ve never been at a place where they pay so much attention to details. The amazing service starts at the reception with Nicole being very welcoming and helpful, receiving our luggage before the check-in time and later showing the hotel room. The room has the most comfortable bed ever, the pillows embraced me and gave me the best sleep I got in nearly one month in South Africa. The balcony has a breathtaking view, I turned it into my office during my stay, it was great to work and have breaks every now and then to try to spot whales and dolphins. Ah… in my first night I watched the sunrise from my cozy room, it was perfect since it was quite cold outside hehe. Everything was extremely clean! I’ve never seen a bathtub soooo white in my life haha. They also sanitize remote controls. Breakfast was also good, they had different types of bread, a very good coffee, and you can also get eggs cooked in any way you would like. I got scrambled eggs with mushrooms and bacon. I liked the hotel decoration as well, they have some cute fluffy whales all around, apparently, they bought them from a charity place which make everything even more special. Unfortunately, there was one day when I wasn’t feeling well, but while in pain I was just so grateful for being there, I felt lucky for having that incredible view in front of me and for having a caring staff bringing me a heating pad and some fruits. It was definitely hard to say goodbye to this place, I would like to live there!
