I came across Saxon lodge by accident. My Wi-Fi went down and I had Important work and meetings to attend (via zoom calls) and needed to find a place where I could hotspot and connect to electric line. (at home, my Wi-Fi was down and data doesn't work in the Valley… And if I went out to get to a place where I could hotspot through my phone, where data would work, my laptop wouldn't work because I needed an electrical point. So I had to find a place that could accommodate me with an electrical point so that I could work from 8am. I drove around town in gansbaai trying to find somewhere to plug in my laptop and nobody could help. Nothing. I called Saxon lodge and Caryn was amazing. She immediately, without hesitation, welcomed me into the lodge. Her warmth and energy were so sincere and beautiful. She and her partner made sure that I was comfortable and able to work in privacy. I can't recommend them enough on their hospitality. Definitely a special energy with a magical touch. Thank you for literally being a priceless blessing. A memory to never be forgotten.
