This place is truly special. We had an amazing stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for complete relaxation and tranquility. The indoor heated pool and sauna is such a treat. Thank you to Riaan and his amazing team. You guys rock!

I had many messages before and my experience having a massage done at Stillness manor & spa was so lovely.

Booked a full body massage — ended up getting an oil rub from the receptionist at the same price as if done by a qualified therapist. Had to ask for a robe — none available in locker room. Outside pool disgustingly green en indoor heated pool not heated at all. Grounds in urgent need of a gardener or at the least the lawn can be mowed. Photos on website most probably taken 5 years ago. A pity that such a beautiful place is not maintained and properly staffed. Peculiar that apparently one of the owners is permanently resides on the property and doesn’t notice the neglect.

From arrival till we left, we had a wonderful stay. The owner and staff were brilliant and the rooms lovely and clean. All in all it was great.

Didn’t have the product I booked for and then no apology or compensation for the error. Good therapists working with inadequate facilities. (No forms on entry, no product and then printer for receipt not working! )

My daughter in law booked us into the Spa foe an early mothers day gift. Absolutely EXCELLENT experience. Will be using this Spa regularly from now on. Absolutely loved the warm swimming pool and absolutely wonderful Staff.

A beautiful Dutch cape spa hotel in a perfect location for visiting Cape Town. The rooms are large and very elegant with beautiful furnishings. There is a choice of 2 outside pools and 1 indoor pool with a small gym and lovely spa offering a wide variety of treatments. The hotel management were very friendly and extremely accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place to future travellers.

Would highly recommend going for a massage. The full body massage was exquisite. Perfect atmosphere to escape the chaos of busy life and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would not however recommend the mani and pedi. Not sure if the nail polish was old or the therapist just wasn’t great at painting nails. Nonetheless it was overall a great treat.

Neglected and tired, wife and I booked for a treatment for anniversary, arrived and was shown downstairs, no service was offered not even a drink, place is tired, paint falling off the walls and windows, dirty, light bulbs not working in changing rooms, no doors attached to door frames on men's showers, sauna and steam room not operating, due to drought? broken and mis-matching tiles around both pools, broken and frayed lounge furniture, treatment was average at best. My 'ELEMIS' aromatherapy massage was coconut oil bought from a local pharmacy. I saw the bottle. Lunch. Dirty table cloth and mats, salads are pre ordered in from a nearby cafe as takeaway and replated. We didn't want to stay any longer…

AMAZING! My man had the swedish massage and I had the greatest pedicure on planet Earth Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Yesterday we were a group of 7 girls that came in for various treatments and an afternoon of total relaxation. From start to finish we enjoyed every single moment of it. The food was lovely, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the pampering was amazing. Such a relaxing and soothing environment and well worth the price and the look on everyone's faces when we left♡ big shout out to Kirsten and her team we will be seeing you guys again for sure!

Fantastic experience. We stayed over the night and had our treatments the following day. From start to finish we were treated amazing hospitality. The owner Patrick made us feel like extremely welcome and went the extra mile of hosting us that evening to a wonderful braai. The treatments the following day was exquisite and I felt after the day came to an end that I had been away for a few days not only one. Can’t wait to go back.

Pedicure here is fantastic, lasts so long. The heated indoor pool is divine and hard to find in the Souther Suburbs. However, this place is in need of upkeep and a deep cleaning. Not fully up to spa experience.

Awesome experience! Staff are great, friendly and helpful, treatment was wonderful, facilities to use are great, heated indoor pool and outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, showers, lockers. Situated in the peaceful suburb of Tokai. All round a winner :)

A perfect getaway for the day not too far from home. Tranquil setting in absolute stillness far from the everyday buzz. Beautiful scenic surroundings overlooking the Constantia Valley. Staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome on arrival. We decided to make use of the facilities before our treatments so enjoyed the heated indoor swimming pool and sauna. There is also a steam room next to the sauna and gym facilities if you like. As we've been before, we came prepared with swimming costumes and flip flops. Gowns and towels are provided for and they have lock-up lockers in the change rooms. Treatments are professional and we will definitely be back in the future.

I've had the best Swedish massage here but a not so great deep tissue. Overall experience was decent though.

A cosy B&B in the extremely quiet suburb of Tokai, close to the forest. The pillows were a bit too soft for our liking, but that's a personal preference. Very nice Spa and the staff are friendly & helpful. Be prepared to have a few playful dogs keep you company!

Loved every minute we spent here. Beautiful surroundings, breakfast on the terrace with views over the grounds. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel and hope to stay there again soon!
