Your food and level of service has gone down badly. Besides the one or two exceptional and friendly waiters you have, visiting your restaurant levels me wondering why did I waste my money. Please go back to how it was.

Really good conference rooms and we had a really good lunch at the restaurant with awesome service from the waiters.

I have not stayed in the hotel. The restuarant has very nice food and you kinda get that holiday resort feeling.

The first hotel room to not have any windows. But don't worry. You can hear everything that's going on in the room next door or in the passages. The room was well furnished though and clean. The restaurant looked good but was too expensive so we finished our beer and went in search of a Spur instead. ☺

Good value for money. Great service, comfortable spacious rooms. Everything as advertised website undersells it. Only thing I can complain about is that the blinds in the room need some maintenance… restuarant is superb!

Awesome place! Had my wedding here and it was so oooo beautiful. Staff is very flexible and delivers what they what they promise.

Not a bad local conference centre, but needs a bit more attention to detail on the meal & tea/ coffee service. Nothing wrong with the food though! Conference seating was very cramped and difficult to move in and out of.

I attended a conference at Ruslamere in Durbanville area. I must say the customer service and the place itself is awesome. The Staff will go out their way to assist you. Will definitely see me again. Keep up the excellent services guys.

The place is beautiful, however even though we booked for 12pm, our tables was not ready, they were still busy setting up. The staff was unfriendly and service slow, as if they were not prepared for a large party. The food was not what we expected, we expected a Sunday roast and got beef pie and dry chicken. The dessert was malva pudding with custard on a very hot day, which was dry and not very nice.

Pathetic. Granted this was a hot day. But the most disorganized place I have seen. Food for xmas lunch mediocre.

I attended at day conference hosted by a supplier to our business. The facilities are really good and they have everything you need to make an impact with your audience. The catering was well prepared and more than sufficient. A good choice for any business.

Absolutely fantastic. Beautiful grounds and rooms. Outside is just rustic enough to compliment the stylish and practical rooms. Food is amazing and staff are super friendly and professional. From reception to restaurant. If you want to be treated like royalty. This is the place. Would recommend this venue to all.

Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience at Rusty Oak Restaurant. Ordered the peppermint crisp tart and it wasn't nice at all. Tasted like it was prepared a few days ago and the cookies were stale, also too much cream. The staff and manager in the restaurant were brilliant though, very attentive and friendly. They brought me a new piece of tart which was much better but I would still prefer it without all the cream.

Just had an amazing haloumi salad at the beautiful Rust Oak Restaurant. Beautiful place, fabulous food and fantastic service. Wow.

A hidden germ with an amazing laying out. For day visitors it's very easy to spend more time on the premises than actually planned. This place just has that feel of making you NOT want to leave it behind for whatever reason brought you there be it a Spa treatment, conference, holiday / work accommodation or simply sorting out hunger issues at The Rusty Oak Restaurant. Very addictive.

Lovely place to eat with the family. Good food and a great kiddies area outside. The service is sometimes a little slow, but everything else makes it worthwhile.

Very relaxing. Good food. Very friendly and very helpful personel. With good clean neat surroundings to top everything off. I would definately recommend people to stay there and use the conference facilities.

Not very good at all. Assuming that the staff are not trained adequately. Poor communication. No call back or feedback. No False advertising — website versus on site. Almost R400 per head for what? Pathetic. Go an visit the site before you pay. Believe me.

We hosted our Social Media Workshop at Ruslamere recently and the new high-speed Wi-Fi was simply awesome. The food and service in the restaurant was great and our conference venue had a very state-of-the-art LED projector. Thanks to Alexis and the team our clients were happy, which makes us happy. We loved our room 210.
