Lovely place, spacious rooms, beautiful atmosphere.

The place is affordable, comfortable and very clean, clean food nd tasty. The only thing that needs to be improved its a shuttle service that is slways fully booked when is needed… However I enjoyed my stay there. 4

Take advantage of the included breakfast, it's awesome! The restaurant is delicious too and has great prices. Please be aware that this hotel does not have elevators. The doors are outside. So if you're staying in rooms that are on the second or third floor you have a lot of stairs. This was difficult for us with a toddler! Any carrying our suitcases to and from the car. But you only do that twice We stayed in two different rooms and in both the T. V. 's were fuzzy and mostly unwatchable. Wi-Fi worked fine so we could use our devices. The staff were helpful, accommodating and very friendly. They have an included shuttle service that picked us up from the airport and dropped us back off. It also drop us off at the mall so we could do some souvenir shopping before we left. The drivers were great! We rented a car during our longer stay and there was always a space for us to park near our room. We never had any issue.

Wonderful stay. Earlier review was sent in error! Had the best breakfast! The rooms are clean and staff was very friendly. The view of table mountain from the hotel is gorgeous. They offer transport to waterfront, table mountain and town free of church. Security is good as well. However we had a challenge checking in because of issues with our visa card and it took a bit of time to resolve the issue so please improve in that regard. Internet was also almost absent. Try to put faster internet please. Otherwise bravo. I would definitely recommend the place to everyone.

Friendly staff, free shuttle to airport, V&A Waterfront and Table Mountain. Great room options from studio to 3 bed apartments. Wonderful breakfast. Rates as low as $55 for a double occupancy one bed or studio apartment. Great views of table mountain and everything to see or do in Cape Town is within a 15-20 min drive! Loved it!

Spacious. Free breakfast is delicious. Staff came immediately to sort out geyser problem.

Internet was awful. But everything else was superb. The bed was amazing too.

The rooms are quite barebones. Not a lot of atmosphere and basic facilities. The staff are very nice though!

Value for money. Friendly staff. Chefs going all out preparing breakfast. Cleanliness of the rooms and the location is great, close to, the station, and V & A Waterfront.

I have enjoyed my and soon I will come back. Lastly the security personal was helpful ad well.

The hotel is one of the best I have been to by far. The staff gives excellent service too.

It is a very safety place to live in and got a lot of interesting things inside it.

Spacious room with a kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom. Two weak points: narrow corridor to access the rooms with suitcases. The dining room is small.

I feel they do not deserve the final star because of the so much staircase climbing it felt like a hike every time I go to Apartment 50 or going out. The service, the staff, the pool AWESOME! But how am I forgetting the table maintain view from one of the rooms of apartment 50! Check out below…

Perfect for low budget family outing. Self catering makes it very convenient. Wifi is not stable.

A wonderful accommodation just outside of the city centre. Spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi. A great and relaxing pool and deck next to an in-house bar and restaurant. Affordable and worthwhile!

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western hotel in Cape Town. It was centrally located and the staff was great. It didn't have all the upscale amenities we would have appreciated but for the cost of the stay vs. The service the value was well worth it.

3-star hotel with plenty of amenities in the suites. Good value, connected to a pub, you get your own balcony, and kitchen. Breakfast loses a star — pretty basic, lots of dairy, not satisfying if you've got any diet restrictions, but it's an option.

Lovely suites. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prepared take away breakfast packs for those early morning starts. Quiet location. Reasonably priced.

Nice and quiet hotel. Stuffs are very friendly. Free shuttle bus to airport. Location is a bit away from attractions (15 mins walk), but in the foothill of Table mountain. Great view.

I had an amazing stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is central, lovely, clean big rooms! The free shuttle service was just the cherry on top. I really enjoyed my stay.

As I write this it is 02h30 am I cannot sleep, itching all over my body. The room is smells cigarette and very stuffy. The only sliding door providing fresh air in the bedroom does not open. I reported this on arrival but no assistance provided though promised. The bed is like a boat in the middle. Outside passages very dirty as well. I am looking to move somewhere el.

Very nice hotel for a good price. Everything, except from the Wi-Fi connection, was tip top!
They have a free shuttle taxi to the city, which is awesome, despite of taxi prices being very fair already.

I am giving this place five stars because of the staff members. They have been 200% professional and the friendliest bunch of people I have met in Cape Town. They work super hard here and do their absolute best to accommodate every request. I do hope they are treated as kindly by the people who leave them here to make things work. 11 January 2016.

Disappointing… Poor housekeeping, poor amenities… Poor service…

I liked the Best Western Cape Suites. The room was very nice and the bed was divine. With my bad back, I haven't slept so well for many years as during the week I spent at the hotel! The room was well equipped and clean! We where a group of people that stayed, so it was nice to meet up every evening in the Brasserie which was within the hotel premises. Breakfast was great as well! Only complaint was the Internet connection was lousy/non existant in the rooms. The Brasserie had their own connection and was slightly better, so a lot of time was spent there… Staff was very friendly and helpful :-) If I get the opportunity to return to the Cape I would like to spend my first nights at the Best Western Cape Suites again!

A bit rustic but fair. Mountains view is great but could do with upgrading of rooms. Very student orientated. Not a great venue for businesses orientated individuals.

Terrible accomodation, the place is like a student hostel, the students are very noisy and the staff do nothing to control the loud and rowdy behavior.

So much space and friendly staff.
