I had the attic room above the office. Steep, small set of stairs up to the room. Room itself is spacious and has everything you need. View over the rooftops to get some ocean. Small double bed. Floor slants slightly. All in all reasonable. The ceiling fan is ridiculously noisey, but there are other fans that can be used. Biggest issue is the bathroom. At 5'9 I had to duck to get into the bathroom and then again to get into the shower. My knees touch the wall when seated on the toilet. It's a very small space. The place is also opposite a primary school, so there are kids there running around and making noise during that time. On the plus side, it's super well located to the shops, beach and restaurant strip of Camps Bay.
