Amazing 4 night stay at Romney park luxuary apartments with my husband and 2 children. The apartment is safe and offers breathtaking views. The quality breakfasts we received aswell as hospitality was fantastic. Will definitely be visiting you guys again.

Nice place, peace and quiet. Friendly welcoming stuff. We enjoyed our stay. My place to book anytime I think of going to cape town.

Classy and up market. Really nice. Tricky to get to but worth it.

Spent two nights here in the presidential suite which is lovely, one slight low is that the second bedroom, twin room is quite small and beds very close together, we had to move them apart. Breakfast was great, all beautiful and fresh. Staff are very friendly and helpful, but the best thing about our stay was the four hours spent at the spa having amazing treatments which was fantastic value. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

The hotel is great! The service was impeccable and the self-catering room was spacious, clean and very functional. We spent a great time there and rested plenty before visiting the Table Mountain National Park. The breakfast was a feast and gave us everything we needed for the hike up!

The hotel has a good quality in its infrastructure, with big rooms, including the bedroom and a Living room combined with a "quick" kitchen (fridge, 2pc cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and the basic utensils) Bed cold be more comfortable though. Mattress is not the best one for a 4/5 star hotel. Breakfast is very good. Not a lot of variety but what is served is very good, indeed. TV is very limited too. You have a couple of local channels, 2 movie channels and 2 local sport channels, plus CNN. Of course: no one is usually going to a Hotel, to stay inside of it, but would have been great to have variety at disposal. Like 20 or 30 channels. finally, I didn't use the SPA facility, so no notes to add on that.

Awesome view. Perfect location. And if you're lucky, you may even spot whales, dolphins from the hotel shore!

Bed is great. Bathroom and room furniture is dated and basic. Breakfast is good but no halaal options.

Walked over to this hotel for drinks and a bite to eat. Quaint, cozy, fun. We had a fried camembert and it was great. Bartender was so awesome. He even turned on the fire for us! Wish we had found it sooner-we would have gone there a few more times!

Very professional, stately rooms. Staff are knowledgeable and provide a great service with a smile. Great location, close enough to all the tourist spots. The breakfast included may not be as extensive as some other 5 stars but could not be faulted. All this was for a very affordable price. Probably the best value for a 5 star hotel.

Rooms are fantasticly large. Room service is great. Views are awesome.

Stunning hotel with an historic feel. The suites are definitely boutique quality. The restaurant is very helpful as well, and the chef went out of her way to make us supper with halaal certified ingredients away from pork and alcohol. I definitely recommend this place, but if you want to go during peak season be sure to book well in advance.

What an amazing hotel. Fantastic staff, so attentive, helpful and hardworking, I cannot praise them enough. We had an awesome stay, hotel perfect, room beautiful and food excellent.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Fantastic staff with an amazing chef who baked a last minute cake for our daughter who turned 2 while staying at the Romney. Rooms were fairly spacious, and the staff are always there to help if you need anything! Even during the peak tourist period we found the prices per night extremely reasonable with my wife utilising the Heath Spa on a daily basis. Thanks all for our stay, from the Kiwis, Jason, Rose and Birthday Girl Lyla :)

We visited the restaurant and pool as day visitors today, 3 adults and 2 children. The hotel is lovely and peaceful and the two little girls enjoyed the pool as did the adults. We also enjoyed the good food and drinks so much so, we spent over R1500 during our afternoon stay. However I am extremely unsettled with one of the hotel guests who constantly stared at us and eventually called over waiters and pointed her finger at us clearly angry by our presence, especially that of… our children. She also called over her friends and further pointing and angry looks were directed at us. This elderly grey haired woman, who according to her lives at the hotel and has done so for the past 6 months had the audacity to question me about where I live what I do for a living making it clear that she was very unhappy with us being there because she actually said to me that today is an awful experience for her because it is so busy and because of all the children due to us day visitors. Apparently, according to her, she is friends with the owner of the hotel and will be stopping the day visits as he 'does not need our money' as day visitors. I have never met such a crude, rude and downright awful person as this lady (term used lightly) in the pink swimsuit. I do hope the Romney Park Hotel look into this as we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will be happy to spend our hard earned cash there in the future without any intrusion from arrogant and borderline racist guests.

Relatively quiet unpretentious place. Staff friendly and outside area good for kids.

Rooms are mouldy. Cleaning staff are arrogant and plain rude. Food is ok.
