Quite and warm hospitality. Rooms are technology inclined, stylish, open and modern. Hotel has fun activities for entertainment. Food very delicious indeed. Staff very proactive and prompt to assist. This was my absolute home far from my original home. I will definitely call again.

This hotel advertised a room that doesn’t exist in Booking. Com. I had to change room 4 times abd carry my luggage up and down to get to something close to what I had booked, which is a room with an ugly bathroom made for people with disabilities. See photos. The manager Teboho is unprepared to deal with clients dissatisfaction and instead of giving me a better room or upgrading me, he said I should complain with Booking. Com or leave the hotel. He took no responsibility for the mistake and expected the client to both live with and fix the problem. I tried to leave but they would not refund me. Complete nightmare this hotel. I came for a business trip and they put me seven nights in a room without a work desk as advertised in the photos. That’s not what I paid for. Never staying in this hotel again!

The hotel staff are generally good and have good customer service. I was particularly delighted by Bridget Hewu, in the Stratus restaurant who is so passionate about her job. She also went out of her way to ensure guests are comfortable and well taken care of. She is one of a kind who is an investment in the service industry. Well done Bridget. You have excellent front desk staff, but your room service staff are terrible. Very rude and unconcerned of guests needs. I had the worst experience and being my first time at the hotel, I would NEVER recommend Radisson Blu and Residence, cape Town to anyone who wants world class service.

We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is based in town itself and had a New York feel to it, once stepping out on to the terrace. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and I would recommend the deluxe suite anytime!

Valentines picnic staff is very friendly and keeps checking up on you. Nice romantic vibe. Definitely recommend. Will visit again.

The staff are so friendly and courteous. The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. Definitely 5 star treatment. The breakfast chefs were so accommodating to my vegetarian diet. I will highly recommend this hotel for a luxury, peaceful stay.

We had to evacuate our building due to a fire and the Radisson Blu accommodated us so quickly. The service we received was amazing. The meeting room we uses was spacious and the lunch served was delicious.

This hotel is situated in the downtown area of Cape Town and offers free shuttles to the waterfront area. At night most shops and restaurants are closed with the nearest one being Villa 47. The area is not great at night and I would not advise walking around, rather use Uber or a taxi. The hotel offer great rooms with everything you would expect from a Radisson and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast can get congested as there are often tour and conference groups staying at the hotel. It’s great to sit outside weather permitting and have breakfast or in the outside area of the bar. The hotel also has a nice gym for those that want to exercise while there. This hotel offers press reader facilities so you can download all your newspapers and magazines for free which is a big bonus. If you are looking for a modern hotel in the heart of Cape Town with a friendly staff then this hotel is definitely worth looking at.

Great hotel and one of the finest place in town. Fantastic people and great environment. The hotel very close to so many activities or shopping mall. Easy access to public transportation and a walking distance to so good place in long street.

Beautiful view on the ocean. Food outstanding quality and big selection to choose from. For a special occasion definitely a great venue. The birthday person was treated with a slice of cake on a decorated plate. Very special.

Great meeting facilities. The staff are friendly and accommodating and always ready to help. The catering services were also a big surprise, with the food delicious and catered for any type of diet. The pill deck is also a welcome distraction.

Nice hotel. Good amenities. Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Nice shower. Helpful staff. Location is good within a 10 min walking distance from the convention center. A little farther away from V&A waterfront but there is a free shuttle every hour from the hotel. I requested a late check out and got it for free. All in all a pleasant stay. Would recommend. Don't know the price as my stay was sponsored by my organization for a conference.

The worst hotel I've ever been.
Pretend to be with a good quality but the services are below the minimum level.
After 9 nights stay there, I can say the following — never ever stay at this hotel. Below is my personal experience from the hotel:
1) as the hotel doesn't have any windows which could be opened, the "fresh" air comes only from the ventilation system that blows either hot air or ice cold, which makes the stay and sleep in the room almost impossible.
After the third day at the hotel, I began to suffer from a severe oxygen deficiency, which resulted in a severe headache and lack of energy.
2) We ordered room service — the food was spoiled, definitely out of date. How is that possible?
3) Every day we had to ask for bath towels, because the staff have taken them, despite the water crisis and the fact that we had not leave them on the floor for washing, then they have forgotten to leave us clean towels. The staff also have not left the necessary soap and bath shampoo, and we had to ask again and again.
4) We had to print a document at the hotel. They made us send it to two different email addresses. After we waited them to recaive the email for more than an hour, the event did not happen and they called an IT guy who would solve the problem. After waiting for another half an hour, we just refused to wait longer.

Firstly I will state that our stay was a prize won by my hubby and we are super grateful to the sponsor. We used the voucher for our first holly away from work and home and kids in 10 years … I don't lie. We are self employed and have have not had this kind of break in many many years. So thank you.
However I would be a liar if I said it was perfect.
What we found lacking was management in two main areas: staff and food.
Staff were talking so loudly over patrons especially in the lounge and restaurant. The muso Jesse was amazing but the bar staff were chatting so loudly it was so rude. Also got charged for incorrect order which was error by the bar staff but we were charged in any event after a shoulder shrug.
Was so excited to eat in the hotel restaurant as the menu reads deliciousness HOWEVER: my fish was raw, the prawns still had poop and the mussels were so over cooked they were hard. And the chefs message to me was that is the way it should be prepared and served. I was left upset and hungry however I did receive a bottle of complimentary wine to ease my troubles. Worst is my hubby was also left starving as his ravioli was so undercooked it was like hard cement. Totally raw pasta and raw fish served to one table …
The brekkie the next day to say the very least was less than average … however I was so hungry after no dinner as a result of the previous nights raw fish I pushed through.

The place is gorgeous totally loved all 3 restaurants. Love Sea Street and Gibli's food menu, can't wait for the fine dining restaurant's menu.

We enjoyed our stay in room 1124 with a beautiful view of Table Mountain. Very good service and friendly staff. Thank you Desmond and staff.

What I think of them wow from the start u come in the smell alone set the bar high I love ❤️ it. It's a upgrade and not just any upgrades it's a very good design place and the stuff one of best helpful u can get I can't wait to have my one nite over at Raddison blu… ❤️
