Beautiful campsite. Quiet, well maintained, clean, great staff. We have used the private ablutions and for the little extra it is well worth it.

A place that I would return to again and again. The Chalets are spacious and well kept along with new appliances. The staff are always friendly and happy to assist you in both the office and the restaurant. Dining at the restaurant is definitely worth it during your stay as the food is excellent and the menu has more than enough dishes to choose from.

Friendly reception. Peaceful and very quiet. Definitely the place to come visit if in the Kuruman area. For a bit extra you can have your own ablution. Public ablutions very clean and maintained. Lovely views. All stands have their own braai, basin and table area.

We have stayed overnight at Red Sands on several occasions en route to Namibia or the Northern Cape and did so again on Saturday 18 Nov 2017. Although we were initially a little worried when we realised that a large group function was taking place, we were assured by Richard and his team that it would not pose a problem… and were very pleasantly surprised! We had a really lovely meal in the restaurant and by 22h00 all was quiet! Thank you Richard for the personal attention given to your guests. You and your staff provided excellent service. Once again… a great choice for our overnight stop!
