The romantic room & dinner set up was out of this world. Just when I thought that was enough to please me, then the individual care given to each guest topped it. The meals were magical along with the spa facilities and the beautiful scenery etc. If you want service, best meals, set up & the works then this is the place to go to. Special shout out goes to Lunga and his fresh mojito and Bandile for his energetic personality. This place is a perfect love nest to rekindle any relationship.

Been trying since 6:30 to get hold of someone to sort out our shower and no answer on the phone and no-one in reception either! Surely a hotel should have staff available 24/7 when guests are in need of support?

Great place to stay in. Stayed there during our honey moon, we were well looked after and will gladly recommend it to anyone looking to be in a place where they will be treated like royalty.

We booked last minute for a few spa treatments, the ladies were very accommodating and friendly. The hot stone massage and foot and leg massage were relaxing and luxurious. Our therapists were very friendly and extremely talented at what they do. We will definitely be back for more of their treatments. Thank you to this amazing establishment for such a relaxing afternoon.

Everything was perfect, the food was out of this world, the spa treatment was amazing and staff were so friendly. The pillows in the room could of been a bit better but there's nothing else I could fault them on.

Went for the signature full body massage, Just a bit disappointed really… never asked if the pressure was fine or what areas to focus on. Few other details but it was a below average experience for me. Beautiful place and very friendly staff though.

Was my first time going there but really loved the place, its so clean the staff is so friendly and helpful. The spa treatment was on point thanks to Anna. The Food was lovely me and my Friends really had the best time, we surely going back there.

Absolutely disappointed at my experience at this spa! As we speak, I'm using my sister's phone, be cause my cellphone "went missing" by the reception area just after I paid for my treatment. After the treatment, we stepped into the car, drove off and 20 mins later (still in the car) I realised I had left my phone at the reception area. We decided to call the spa to enquire, but there was now a gentleman who answered and claimed the staff didn't see a phone. We decided to rush back because we were certain it was there (we didn't get out the car), however much to our surprise when we arrived, all the ladies we had dealt with had left, one had gone home and the other to the mall. The gentleman at reception confirmed there were no other guests that came in after us. It was just us and the staff that had conveniently all left. Mind you it wasn't necessarily knock off time, it was around 1pm. It's sad how a phone can get lost at a spa with no one but ourselves and the staff. Even though the ladies claim to have seen the phone as I was paying (before leaving) they insist they know nothing about it AND they are ALL suddenly gone thereafter! How, when and why?!?! A CUSTOMER'S CELLPHONE GOES MISSING AT THREE OAKS AND AN ALOE RECEPTION AREA AND BAM… THE STAFF ON DUTY ARE NOWHERE NEAR THE SPA / "CRIME SCENE " My sister and I didn't even get gowns or slippers for our treatment, we were told the spa was busy the day before and ALL the gowns were dirty and weren't back from laundry?!?!

Very nice spa day. Just some what disappointed with the waiting in between treatments. Kundai did make it up by giving us a complimentary bottle of wine on the house and Sam gave us some branded t-shirt. Happy to see Joseph and wishing Rebecca well on recover. We had an amazing stay over at Three Oaks and An Aloe! Will most definitely stay over again! Comfortable bed! Amazing shower! A great breakfast and cappuccino! Also went to the spa! Massages were sent from heaven! The staff are all so friendly!

My husband and I booked an Absolute Romance Weekend Package Aloe Suite at the last minute desperate to have some quality alone time — what an unbelievably amazing experience! Everything was completely perfect — the room, the food, the service. Impeccable customer service from Tebogo and Neil and to our “Tequila buddies” Joseph and Minah, you were absolutely brilliant! Highly recommended for a super chilled super amazing getaway — we’ve already booked our next weekend.

Went Back for a second time. Got more than expected. Really impressed with the upgrades made since 2015. Was the perfect choice for our 10 year anniversary. It was lovely to see the same faces still working there (says alot about Management). And staff were very friendly and attentive as before. From the time we made our booking till our stay we felt highly important. Food was good. I would really recommend 3 Oaks for a romantic getaway. Everyone goes out of their way to make it special and memorable. Thank u.

My friends and I stayed at this amazing hotel from the 2-4th December 2016 and it was the most relaxing an peaceful environment. I will definitely be visiting the hotel again in June for my 45th birthday.

Three Oaks and an Aloe deserve their stars bcoz they're service is exceptional. The food, accomodation, entertainment was on point. The tranquilty tht surrounds tht place is amazing, I would't mind going there again for some peace of mind. And how can I forget the massage, it took me to paradise. I am highly satisfied.

On arrival a well maintained beautiful garden welcomes the visitor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious offering a lot of comfort. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception area, which I found to be a real inconvenience. Not what one would expect from a 4 star hotel. The hotel is situated on serene grounds, just a stone throw away from the Harties buzz. The food selection for lunch and dinner is definitely deserves a 5 star, but the breakfast buffet could certainly use a bit more attention.
