Good place to be at the only thing is it's inside town where there are lots of people and traffic.

I have been there since Monday 16/07/2018 to 19/07/2018, everything was good on Thursday when they lock my card not to enter while I was still the but they fixed it, but later Thursday Boom A. N. C members were singing all the hotel were chaos they singing until around 01h00, that was bad coz none of the staff stopped them, I understand they give a lot of money to the business as they book with bulk but we also your clients at the end of the day thumbs up to the guys on the cooking side.

Horrible. Dirty. Nothing works. And the staff… oh what staff? Rude and unwelcomeing!

Terrible experience. The price is not worth it. Water is cold. The dustbins were not cleaned. Coffe material was short for two people. The heater was not easy to operate. We were not checked on had to use our phone to call reception while in the room but there is a telephone which does not work. TV channels not complete and cant even view what is playing. Not worth it!

Whenever I am in Nelspruit, I stay at the Promenade Hotel, for the past 20 years when it was still the Orion hotel. I love the rooms and the people working here. Friendly, going out of their ways to make you feel comfortable. And the breakfast! Fantastic.

The service was superb, the hotel stuff were very professional and friendly. I loved everything about Prominade Hotel, I could come back anyday.

It was great. Rooms are clean, staff is freindly.

We enjoyed our stay. I booked the hotel for our anniversary, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding well done and fresh. There's a small fridge, air_condion, safe to keep your valuables and TV in the room.

Very nice hotel for the price, good aircon and very friendly staff made my stay here very pleasant.

Location is the worst. Place is clean lights and plug was neglected. Parking not good if you will leave your car the whole day, its not covered. Room is beautiful don't make that mistake and it's very clean.

Affordable accommodation in the heart of downtown Nelspruit. One of the few hotels that still offer large rooms. Wel maintained and friendly staff.

Clean but neighborhood not safe after dark. Many nice cars in the parking lot, a business hotel.

Dirty sheets, no elevator, nobody to help us with luggage. Safe doesn’t work Terrible.

Nice place, good security, close to most amenities like shoprite, filling station, steers, spar and the mall is just next door.

Giving you 1 star because you can have the fanciest hotel in the world but service will remain king. Service from Desire at reception was the worst ever. Firstly I went out for a smoke in the evening and she thought it was appropriate to ask me"don't you sleep", secondly, in the morning she was at reception again and asked me, "I thought you left already, when are you leaving? " What was that all about Desire? I've never had any previous encounters with her and she doesn't know me from a bar of soap so why would she think I'd appreciate such sarcastic comments from someone who I barely even know? I found that incredibly offensive and it most certainly left a sour taste in my mouth. Bad service and I wouldn't recommend her services to anyone. That basically concludes my stay, it was awkward, uncomfortable and just not an enjoyable stay. Very disappointed because I spent 9 nights there and if you add up the money, it's just a regrettable experience. Should've gone somewhere else where the staff is not so rudely inquisitive.

The place was clean enough to have a peaceful sleep and their stuff is really helpful when needed. I definitely want to say thanks to Thabang their receptionist, he doesn't have much time working the but he tried by all means to insure we were well taken care of. Definitely I will go back the day I decide to go back to Nelspruit.

Hotel is ok. Beds are uncomfortable. Sleeper couches broken. Worst is the senior management. The old white guy who it's absolutely Rude. No client relationship skills at all. Just one person like that can ruin a hotel s reputation. Don't expect any custoner service as his mentality seems to be stuck in the old "era"

The place is awesome with a little pool on the side, situated just right in the city center and the waiters are so cool and very welcoming!

Clean, neatly dressed staff never over crowded, there's a out door bar and indoor bar dinning restaurant, beautiful top view double story hotel near long distance buses, beautiful garden private pool, room service outdoor bar also welcome public and dinning restaurant.

This hotel doesn’t deserve a star. Friends arrived a day earlier and got mugged due to not enough parking and they had to park by the centre parking. Other friends ran after the mugger and the security had the audacity to ask if they caught the guy. When I arrived my bedding was dirty with marks and condom papers on the floor, blood on the floors and curtains in another friends room we ended up sharing a room due to feel uneasy/uncomfortable. The staff has a no care attitude. Absolutely disgusting!

Super centrally located, with guarded parking. Unfortunately not particularly clean and also the food was not to our taste. Very noisy as our window was located directly to the shopping mall. We were expressly warned to move outside the hotel after dark. We did anyway and it was ok.

The rooms are very large but the en suite bathrooms are dated. Breakfast is served buffet style and there was a good spread.

Well appointed. Friendly service. Not a great location. Interesting history of the building. Little bit noisy. But over all a good stay.

If you love stiff beds, you'll love this place.

An ok hotel. The room was fine. Breakfast wasn't great.

Quit ok for in the city area. Can be beter. Shops next door.

Neat and clean. Beds very comfortable with nice clean linnen. Bathroom a bit disappointing, could do with a major upgrade. The nite staff at reception was extremely helpfull upon checking in and resolving a problem we had.

Convenient parking and transportation linking public City to city and other buses.

I haven't sleep there because it is in my hometown but is looks nice.

I would not advise anyone to stay here. I have experienced better 3 star hotels. My stay was 30 September to 2nd Oct, as it is I am requesting cancellation of my stay. They allow other guests to make noise in (hotel passageway) and out (pool area) of the hotel. Its a small hotel and if you have a bunch of people sitting by the poolside at 6am (which is very close to the rooms) making noise and not being requested to keep it down, you compromise others peace of mind. The carpets on stairs and corridors are stained, leaves much to be desired. To be honest this is a horrible hotel! I will not come back nor recommend anyone to stay One star is not even what I wanted to mark, if there was a way of marking 0 star I would.

Excellent Conference venure.

This hotel was always my bolt hole when on R&R from war torn Maputo. Loved its small pool which was close enough to the bar to have a G&T delivered every 10 mins. The Arkansas Spur across the road served more food than I could cope with after the shortages of Mozambique. Lots of good memories of The Promenade and Nelspruit.
