I cancelled my booking on 11 April 2017 ten days before my intended stay. I then requested to have the eligible portion of my deposit refunded. Since then I have exchanged numerous emails with Klip en Kristal Guest House where I was advised that my refund request had been sent to the owner to arrange payment. It is now December 2017 and I still haven't received my refund. Moral of the story: Only book with Klip en Kristal Guesthouse if you're sure you won't need to cancel and receive a refund or part thereof.

The place was beautiful, relaxed and the rooms were also very nice. Everyone was friendly, but Mama Mirriam was the best.

Place is beautiful and clean. Staff was wonderful especially mama Mirriam Food was top. Will come again I highly recommend it.

A stunning place with a tranquil ambience and chic.

Bedrooms were beautiful and spacious, place was beautiful and peaceful. There is room for improvement — e. G doors separating the bedroom and bathroom. Does not make sense to eat while another person is using the open plan bathroom, for hygienic purposes. Elderly lady who welcomed us was very friendly. The 2 ladies who were preparing breakfast were not friendly, was given cold bread straight from the fridge without being warmed, did not eat it, bacon was over cooked and hard. We had to go have breakfast by Spur.

Guesthouse is situated in a quiet area and about 2min drive to forever resort. Friendly staff and the rooms are simple and yet beautiful.

Beautiful place, cozy and private and the owner is very polite and personable… and the food was good and the place very clean and functional… I recommend it to my friends ad family…

If you and your partner just wanna get away and go to a quite relaxed clean place with a pool and braai facilities, this is the place to go. In Bela Bela, its a must visit. Book in advance cause it tends to get fully booked TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT. I cannot recommend this place more.
