Excellent for a relaxing getaway.
Tried to book reservations. Phone kept ringing. Then received a message saying, “please message me” To me that is unprofessional in the tourism industry to be told to “message me”. After receiving this message I asked if I am speaking to someone from Ngala Lodge. The response was, “yes” NOT, “yes how can I be of assistance”? I sent a message back saying that I would rather go somewhere else, I then received a message saying that they would contact me. When the lady phoned me, she sounded like she did not need my business and sounded like she had her nose in the air because of my message saying that I would rather go somewhere else. I am a professional rugby player and I am leaving to France in two weeks time. I would have liked to have a bush experience but I would rather have that experience somewhere else.

Just back from a weekend away at Ngala. Beautifully appointed units with luxury amenities, which are truly appreciated. Everything is super clean and well maintained. But what makes Ngala truly special, are it’s people: Timo, Patience, Meenat (Meenad? Excuse my spelling) and Lovemore deserve all the praise I’ve read on other reviews. They are Ngala and treat every guest in such a special manner. Lovemore is a fantastic ranger and so knowledgeable about what he is passionate about, my kids were thrilled when he sought out a lion at the end of our game drive… a memorable end to a memorable weekend. We will be back. Thank you to all who made our getaway a fantastic one!
