I had a very bad experience with The Royal Bryanston, My client had a complaint and I raised the complaint with the BNB and the manager called me and was very rude on the phone and said our concerns/queries were "Rubbish" and he was taking over me and did not allow me to finish and even went as far as asking me if when I was paying for the place did I pay for a 5 star. The shits were torn, they had stains on them that imply its bold stains/or wine and there was sewing that were coming off, walls were dirty, holes on the sheets and the table and the owner of the place said we are being ridiculous & in fact are talking rubbish and he will not refund us.
Good viewing, golf course not bad.
Very well managed B&B in Bryanston
This little gem is well positioned on main route within the city
Rooms are tastefully done up & there is a sml breakfast room service offered as well
Very convenient for business trips and short stays in Jhb as well
Would definitely recommend!
