We Had a very Lovely Stay! We felt very at Home and enjoyed every moment. The Breakfast was Delicious and very filling. We will definitely come back.

I honestly cannot find anything to fault about this place — from the moment we set foot into the Guest house, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our room which was really clean and looked exactly like it did in the pictures — if not better! (I expected a little less actually). They had 2 heaters switched on, so on arrival the room was nice and warm. The complementary drinks and chocolates were an added bonus too! Breakfast was really good (as promised) with a view to their exquisite porch. All in all, we loved our stay there! Would definitely go back :)

Stayed at the Arum Place Guest House last year. I was so impressed that I made a point of returning. My second visit was equally satisfying. Owner operators are customer focused. They provide first rate service and genuine hospitality. Guest and public rooms are beautifully furnished. Breakfasts are delightful. Property is within walking distance of charming high street offering good restaurants, bars and quaint shops. Parking is available. This is a terrific spot for visitors who want to stay in a delightful corner of Jo"burg.

Above Expectations! I stayed at the Arum Place Guesthouse for 10 days and beyond being beautifully decorated and clean, the owners went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. They were very friendly, and they made sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed always. They did research for us so that they could recommend the best restaurants and shopping areas, they provided rides to and from the restaurants and grocery stores every evening with no added fees, and the breakfasts — oh my goodness — the breakfasts were beautifully presented and delicious. I highly recommend Arum Place Guesthouse!

The owners of this place were very friendly and the staff are supper. It nice and cosy, great place to chill indoors, away from the kids. Lol.

Pros: Great breakfast. Spacious room. Unbelievable service, ie going the extra mile. Good Wi-Fi. Cons: Parking is difficult to maneuver. Not walking distance to a mall.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time there. The owerns are lovely people who take really good care of us! A really big plus are the cleaning ladies because they left our room just spotless!

Arum guest is the place to be, Arum like Africa. Amazing people, services and great breakfast.
