Beautiful live Jazz out on the terrace, awesome ambience.

High standards of professionalism and the food is definitely from Eufos cause it's out of space! I loved it … the swimming pools with got steam rooms, sauna and hot baths wow. It's it's a got to go place, with warm beds and the sheets mmm. Egyptian.

Solid safe hotel in Rosebank. Easy access to mall and some decent restaurants. Staff are super friendly and really want to help. Nice bar but the beer selection isn’t great for people that don’t like lager. Restaurant is good for breakfast but a bit limited for dinner. My room although spacious and well decorated needs some TLC as lots of stuff broken (my wardrobe doors wouldn’t close properly and the box that turns the wardrobe lights off gave me an electric shock. Shower door didn’t close properly causing pools of water on floor etc. 2 maids noticed and reported the problems but nothing got fixed during my stay.

— very noisy (street and city noise) despite being on the 7th floor; check-in staff tried to downgrade our room from what I booked and paid for; air conditioning in the room did not work well & after two reoair visits from the maintenance staff (very quick to respond and very nice and professional) much improved but not cold enough for my taste; no outlets (USB/ other) on nightstand to charge for phone + Staff is friendly and professional; Food is excellent; Rooms are spacious; very nice lobby and outdoor area.

Fancy event with great food, except dinner was a meal served with proper cutlery (knife/fork) — which nobody could figure out how to use while standing and holding your wine glass. Furthermore, a LOT of expensive, personal belongings got stolen from people attending the conference.

So chic. Went for a meeting there, didn't get a chance to order a meal, but do look forward to visiting again.

Now this is a place to find tour self in Rose bank. A full hotel service and more, the rooms are perfect and the the hose keeping is of a good standard. The bar offers a wide range of drinks and the kitchen has the best chefs a meal could ask for.

Best hotel in Johannesburg. But take care during check out. They add VAT and Breakfast to my invoice although my booking was B&B including tax.

Not comparing to other hotels in area with similar rates. Food not top standard, only decaf coffee in rooms. However, very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely lobby with coffee, bar area to sit and meet someone. Opens onto outdoor garden area which is lovely to sit in during summer, is like an atrium so very quiet. Good service. This is a classy hotel.

When I take the Gautrain to Rosebank, I walk to The Hyatt Regency and Uber to work from there. Every single time I arrive at The Hyatt, the concierge and security staff smile and greet me, open my Uber car door for me and sometimes even ask me if I would like to order coffee while I wait. For not even being a guest of the hotel I am still treated with so much friendliness and respect. I'm not sure how often these people are noticed or recognized but I would just like to thank the staff at The Hyatt Regency, Rosebank for making the morning commute a little more enjoyable.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Large clean rooms. Love having the restaurant and bar in the lobby both with inside and outside options. Breakfast buffet is tasty with many options. Recommend for your stay in Johannesburg!

They spare no cost at pleasing their customers. The rooms are spacious and brilliantly furnished. The room service is quick. The entrance is dramatic. I wish I could live here.

Convenient location. Nearby is a huge number of restaurants and cafes, as well as a large shopping center. The choice for breakfast is not very large but all quality and tasty.

My stay was pleasant. Royal treatment on fleek. Beautiful facilities for conferencing I often consult with my clients at the Hyatt Regency.

This is a clean establishment with lovely deco and a warm atmosphere. The staff was great with a great can do attitude and going the extra mile, they really made the conference as comfortable as they possibly could. The food was on another level, fresh and palatable. Thank you guys!

The Hyatt has become even more beautiful after the renovation. The staff are very friendly and all very clean and well maintained. A really nice atmosphere throughout the hotel!

This place's service is TOP NOTCH! It is amazing how they take care of you and make you feel comfortable. There was a mix up with my booking, but it was handled professionally and an apology was sent to my room and made me feel special. I love this place and will come back any day!

Very nice hotel. Baths have come a bit in the years but OK.
Pillows were personally much too soft. Otherwise, if you have a room out to the garden you can sleep quietly. The road is already louder.
Staff is very friendly. Lobby, restaurants etc. Very chic and nice to sit on. Breakfast buffet is tasty and extensive.

All the staff are professional, warm and charming — without exception. Special mention to Sales Manager Alicia — has gone over and above to look after me and make sure I am happy. As a solo traveller and long term guest of the Hyatt that made me really feel at home. Thank you to all the staff and a Happy Christmas.

Good hotel in a high development area with more potential for shops and food. Club level guests get access to the club lounge for free food and drinks, however breakfast is not the greatest as there is no hot food eg. Eggs, beans, bacon, sausages etc… if this was included then it would be a true 5 star stay. There is a health club as well, though the swimming pool is a bit on the small side. For similar stay prices better bet would the first check out the hotels in Sandton where you get more action going around.

Totally worth the extra money we put out ti stay there. They arranged my tours and had multiple resturants. I would buy packages that include breakfast because it is otherwise expensive.

Nice hotel in a rally good location. Ajoined to the zone and the fire shopping centres. Lots of facilities at the shopping centre including movies, restaurants, shopping and games. The hotel itself is also quite a nice one with comfortable rooms. Also just a quick walk to Rosebank mall across the road from the zone. Breakfast quite good.

Luxury hotel with everything that you need. It extra-ordinary because it has iron, ironing board, pure white gown and slippers. It is a really nice place to be.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt! The room service was meticulous, had great attention to detail. The meals are exquisite. Its located in the heart of Rosebank near a train stop (that connects to OR Thambo airport.

Did not enjoy my experience… Booked a conference room, on the day of our event we where sent to a different conference room. (Made it hard to set up) Only 40 chairs when there was asked for 43. There was no projector, our event started 30min later because of this. It's been 4 days since our event, I have still not received the final invoice. Food was okay. I've had better. Very expensive for the quality. Won't use the Hyatt for future events.

Great place! Beautiful energy… magical Garden and outdoor area. Excellent food and very friendly staff.

As a conference venue the rooms are large and very well decorated and maintained. The wait staff are highly accommodating. The location is brilliant as well being right by the Rosebank Station. It feels as if it is incorporated into the shopping centre adjacent.

Considering that it was my first time visit on the 29th of August, I must admit I had no expectations. I attended the Menar Academy Mining Journalism Training Course, and was quite surprised and happy when staff treated us with respect, and everything was done in a timely fashion. Go Hyatt! You're doing a great job! (Plus, your food is delicious)

The staff are great but the rooms are very dated and uncomfortable given the price. Noise is also a big issue because the windows are thin — you hear loud music from the bar in the back rooms and the busy road from the front. Location however is very good, which is probably why the owners haven't needed to improve the hotel to justify the high room prices.

For muslims it's only good for tea and coffee. They doesn't serve halal food & they doesn't have any certifications for halal. They do serves alcohol. I had bad experience. Me and wife there for our anniversary night dinner as don't serve Halal food.

Rooms are clean but a little dark. Bathroom is nice and modern. Spa is amazing it includes a sauna, steam room, hot tub, pool, and a 24hr gym. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect.

The Hyatt is such a lovely place in a great location near some really great shops and restaurants. The service and staff are always of a high standard. I live in JHB but I do sleep over at the Hyatt as a treat and have breakfast there. Love it.

Very good reception. Not very convenient to access from the airport by taxi. Well located close to several shopping malls. Nice staff.

The people at the Hyatt Regency Johannesburg make this hotel special. We stayed there for a number of days and I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with those who work there. The rooms are pleasant. The restaurants and bar are excellent. Particularly enjoyable is brunch — what a variety of local faire. I also found myself strolling to the outside garden every chance I could. The Weaver birds were working their magic in the trees that shelter the cafe. In addition, there were a variety of other birds enjoying this beautifully gardened area. Having a coffee and watching nature — it doesn't get too much better than that. Within the mall area, connected to the hotel, are many fine restaurants and some shopping. This place is fun.
