The service there is really good.

The online photos are very misleading, almost opposite to what you find when you get there. No Duvet on bed, just a cover.
No on-suit, bathroom far from room
Very close to road, and across from a bar so very noisy
No onsite parking
Horrible, overcooked breakfast … I would never recommend this place to no one, very disappointed. My husband had been driving all day and needed a goodnights rest and decent breakfast, which I was promised. Sadly he didn't get a wink of sleep.

I am giving a reluctant 3 starts as I am considering affordability. My great disappointment was the quality of the accommodation VS that what I came from in another EC town for a similar price. The room is approximately 3m x 3m with a small table, broken chair, a TV with 4 channels which you cannot see properly due to the snowflakes on it, even after trying to fine tune it. The room has a bathroom but it is not in the room and you walk down 2 different corridors to a shower and toilet allocated to your room. The window in the toilet does not close fully and there is a small open area between the individual bathrooms close to the zink roof. Our cars are parked behind a lock up palisade gate about 10m off the main road into the city center and only reception has the key and you double park so if you are parked in you need to look for the person who is behind you. The entrance is cold with a hostel feel to it. On the positive side, the room is warm even without the heater and you can comfortably sleep with the empty duvet cover. It is fairly central to all amenities with a good curbside appeal. Price R390 Bed only R430 for b&b.
