When they brought our breakfast it was cold and it didn’t come on time I had to call them… We didn’t enjoy our stay the breakfast was just awful and cold.

No aircons, plug sockets are not standers, while asking 2 pin adapter to use charger asking for R50 as security fee, it's like cheap mentality, No facility to warm your food if you bring from outside, one person as Receptionist, gatekeeper, kitchen Assistant etc,

Functional Boutique hotel in Walmer. Summerstrand is very far away and an area we don't spend all that much time in when visit Port Elizabeth. Walmer, Kraga Kama (the game reserve), Seaview (the predator Park), Sardinia Bay), … are all to the west. Walmer is really the area you want to be in. The Hub is a nice small functional Boutique hotel with an honest pricing. The only point of recommendation: work on the breakfast please!

Beautiful quaint setting. Neat, pleasant and affordable. Tea and coffee in rooms. The dining area leads to a deck and swimming pool. Breakfast is basic. Safe parking.

We had a lovely stay. My daughter was in P. E. For an Aquatics competition, we needed a good and comfortable place to stay close to all amenities and the Newton Park Swimming Pool. We were treated with so much courtesy and respect. Got upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony and close to the lounge with a TV for me to view whilst my daughter is taking a nap between the Heats and the Finals at night. Our complicated nutritional needs were accommodated. Thank You The Hub Boutique Hotel and Spa for such warm and friendly staff. Everything was great from reception to housekeeping.

It was the best, we loved it to bits we are already planning our next visit, I personally loved the option to leave your towel on the floor if you require them to be changed or hung them up if you still ok, thus helping conserve water and the stuff was great. The Hub Boutique Hotel we shall be seeing you soon.

No phone in the rooms, no elevators but they do help at the front desk with the luggage. No WI-FI in my room, I had to use it in the public areas. A tiny safebox which was useless. A nice fan above the bed, great location close to the mall, nice big room, reasonable rates, brand new hotel and super clean. Friendly staff, check out is at 10:00 AM which is very early I think. No international TV channels, no towels in my room upon arrival, comfortable bed, small shower but very powerful. A fridge in the room, very quiet on my floor until a family with noisy kids arrived! Breakfast was very limited and greasy, easy check in, the reception is unattended a lot but there is a bell to ring. I think there is a river behind the hotel or some running water which was very calming at night. I was allowed to store my bag for a few hours after checking out. I would come stay here again if I was on PE. Nice hotel.

Nice set up… but could do with a microwave in the room. And why should the hotel staff ask the next morning if coffee and sugar need to be filled up? … just do it.

Super reasonable pricing, good value. Nothing special about the breakfast but wholesome. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Just rooms 1 and 2 are right by the pool but I don't believe a lot of people swim. Didn't find a bar so I assume there isn't one.

Extremely professional staff with clean accommodation and close to all amenities from the airport to restaurants. Definitely highly recommended stop in Port Elizabeth.

We enjoyed our pleasant stay over this last weekend: the booking was hassle-free, and the lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy, and very cosy. The breakfast was lovely, and all staff were always super professional and welcoming. Definitely will be our "go to" when we are in PE! Thank you to everyone at The Hub: you are all Super Stars! :)

This place is beautiful, quiet and so welcoming, the rooms, the breakfast, the comfort, great hospitality. I'd definately recommend it to anyone.

Spacious well appointed rooms. Exceeded our expectations.

The hotel clean and a safe environment to stay. It definately isn't what I expected. Good for a one night stay, not recommended for a home away from home experience.

Enjoyable stay, they don't have baths or a restaurant/bar, but they could provide me with plates and cutlery.

You get what you pay for. It's not going to blow your mind, but it will do. The rooms were clean, there were surfaces on which to place our bags, extra towels and blankets, but no aircon, only a ceiling fan. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and prepared quickly. Wi-Fi was free but slow.

Very nice area, hotel is neat and clean. We slept extremely well and had a delicious breakfast.

A nice surprise for the very reasonable rates charged.
