Absolutely shocking treatment today booked 2 weeks ago arrived and was told they didn't have a booking. staff were rude shocking. would not recommend staying there. Mr and Mrs v Rooyen mr v Rooyen is minister of sports he wont be recommending this place in future either.

Had a bad experience with Isango. Booked for dinner 5 people and was told it's available even got a call to confirm. On the date when we got there we were told there is an event so they can't cater for us at that venue. The unprofessional Manager or Supervisor told us he can buy juice for us to compensate the mishap.

I spoiled my mom to a hot-stone massage at the Isango Gate Boutique Hotel Spa for her 60th birthday. The process was enjoyable from start to finish with easy booking and professional service. The aromatic full body massage with hot-stones was a journey of relaxation from head to toe. Great way to spoil someone special!

The experience has been disappointing, frustrating and in ill-practice.
I have been back and forth sending countless emails and calling to arrange an anniversary treatment (spa and turndown) for weeks.
the emails are ignored and it delayed and this is true from too management to bottom line.
Nobody seems to be interested in subduing a disgruntled client or attempting to accomodate, service or rectify the situation.
I am appalled at the poor customer service and lack of support or interest shown from the various departments including the general managers office.
I expect better treatment seeing as I have been a loyal customer bringing business to Isangogate for years.

Pathetic customer service. The staff doesn't respond to emails and they expect customers to follow up on calls after promising to call you back. The ladies at the spa aren't very friendly when answering calls either. I was just told that the spa is fully booked without being offered alternative openings.

The place is beautiful and clean, it allows for a great space to relax and have fun at the same time and the staff is really kind.

Friendly staff, gorgeous suites with beautiful interior. I felt home and very safe. Its extremely close to the beach and from the balcony you have a view of the ocean. I will most definitely book again.

A home away from home especially now in this pandemic the environment is so calming the rooms so clean the stuff are very professional. Thank you Mr Walter for being so helpful. Will definitely come back.

At the reception desk they are s friendly and just wanted to assist anyone who needs there attention. There is so many things to explore at there hotel and their hospitality is so exciting that wanted you to go back there and it is very affordable.

Gorgeous hotel. Good customer service. Cool room set up; I love how the rooms make you want to just chill there with a balcony garden chairs and table looking to the ocean; wide sliding door that creates a large room feel. Comfortable bed. Like the espresso machine, large modern bathtub and shower. Just amazing all round… it’s a pity we could only stay for limited days of our holiday. The only downs is that they could warn visitors of upcoming events hosted at the hotel. The throwers on the bed need a little cleaning.

It was so nice, we had a great time with my husband and the staff are friendly. I will sure come back some other time.

Well at first site it looks like you are walking into this beautiful open plan building. Staff are friendly and well presented. Rooms are stunning and has everything you need. Room service is great and food very well presented and absolutely devine. A beautiful view from the balcony over looking a stunning light up pool. Worth every cent thanks guys see you soon.

Got a lovely massage but the place was a bit messy and ice cold. More of a proper spa feel would be nice but I'll be going again because the massage was quality but just hoping for a warmer and cleaner experience next time…

Great small hotel. Rooms big and well designed. Bathroom includes a shower and a bath. Located 12 minutes drive from the airport. We slept there for only one night but it was good value for money.

For the first time my partner and I decided to have supper at Isango Gate Boutique Hotel. We dressed up, excited and looking forward to a filling meal And to my UTTER DISGUST, I found a STINK BUG in my food. The response from the Chef VIA THE WAITER was to give me anything free from the dessert menu. Which I refused! The professionalism as a chef is in question, the cleanliness of the kitchen as well as the service provided! For a " 5 star" place this IS UNACCEPTABLE> I SHALL NEVER SET FOOT THERE AGAIN! A health and safety officer should close you down. Thank you.

Had my best friends baby shower, the outside deck is just exquisite, no need for too much decor. The only thing, is the lack of communication amongst the staff and not enough food for the buffet. Otherwise had 100% fun.

Wow what a way to celebrate my birthday, my husband and I were treated like royalty. The staff is super friendly and went out of their way to make my birthday an extra special one. We will definitely be going back. The spa treatment was a cherry top, I loved it.

Great ambience. … lovely decor. Friendly staff. Hard mattress and pillows were a problem. The building noise on both sides of the hotel are a problem for sleep and relaxing by pool.
