Hisa Pep’s is a wonderful bed and breakfast located in the heart of eastern Slovenia’s wine region. It is high on a hill in the small village of Svetinje with beautiful views of the vineyards.

We arrived at the location easily, Mrs.

The hotel is amazing and has a wonderful atmosphere. With the horse ranch and the surrounding wine vineyards, the scenery is stunning—beautiful views everywhere.

Very nice luxury rooms. The large rooms have huge gorgeous windows. Very very quiet at night. Huge breakfast is complimentary. Parking is easy. Cute goats, horses outside!

Great Apartmenthotel! We had a spacious, clean and cozy room! Everything went super smooth, staff were friendly and happy to give recommendations and the honour bar is a real plus!

Modern, clean, tasteful, renovated in 2025. Nice large room, comfortable bed. Bathroom with a bathtub, I would prefer a walk-in shower. Host and Service staff are friendly and helpful.

What a beautiful place, a hidden gem in the mountains near Maribo. We received a warm welcome from the owners. They are such sweet, caring people! Fresh fruit is provided for guests.

Staying at Pohorski Dom was truly an unforgettable experience – not only because of its peaceful mountain surroundings but also thanks to the incredible hosts who made me feel completely at home.

We had the most amazing stay here and honestly didn’t want to leave. The campsite felt relaxed and easygoing. It felt like a little village.

This campsite is definitely worth a visit.

It was a pleasant stay! When we arrived delicious glass of wine was waiting for us. The room was cozy and had everything what we needed. We tried some wines. Excellent taste.

Only used the restaurant but had a great time. We said we weren't that hungry so they offered us to only have the soup (normally it's a 3 course lunch).

Nataša and Primoz were simply fantastic! They built a ramp for my boyfriend who is on a wheelchair the same day we arrived!

Stayed here while touring Europe. Located in northern Slovenia, it's close to the Italy and Austrian borders and within 3 hours of Zagreb, Croatia.

The kindness of the host and a rich breakfast.

Absolutely a hidden gem of Slovenia! ✨The setting and architecture are breathtaking. The wellness area is a true zen retreat—with indoor and outdoor pools and saunas that are perfect for unwinding.

We had the best time here! Our large group of friends couldn’t have asked for more – Wine Paradise Glavinić had it all: a basketball court, swimming pool, jacuzzi, football field, and so much more.

Absolutely amazing, called very late, it was booked out but the manager still got me an extra room to sleep, very cozy and friendly place, good kitchen and amazing service. Can recommend it very much.

Me and some friends went to a couple of wine tastings in the area, I can say hands down this was the best.

We enjoyed a great wine tasting with Lenart, with tons of information, insights and background stories.

We had an amazing experience at Wine Resort Mak! We booked it as a recharge place in the middle of a long road trip, and it exceeded our expectations.

Really quiet and beautiful place. Clean new toilets and showers. The road to the higher places was quite steep and narrow, but we managed to get there with our caravan.

Very nice and definitely worth visiting!

This is a wonderful, beautiful place that is well worth the mountain road. The owners are the most friendly and helpful hosts we have ever had. We will be back!

One of these places, where You go to forget about the rest of the world. Peaceful, quite, far away from the city crowds, ot looks like a house from a fairy tale.

We stayed here for a long weekend. The cabin is nice, fully furnished with a kitchen and living area. The TV had some signal issue and was jerky. Other than that, it’s a nice experience.

We had a wonderful weekend at Bolfenk apartment, we even got a pillow and a treat for my dog which was very thoughtful.

ŠC Prodnik is fammily-run hotel, restaurant and sport center.

We just went for dinner since a local suggested it for good Slovenian food. I can tell you that we were not disappointed. The portion sizes and the quality of service were immaculate.
