Very nice and spacefull hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Very clean. The only thing to improve is breakfast. It was only correct.

Big hotel of past days gone by. All very dated. Big swimming pool in front with warm water. It was a warm summers day and the airco in the room blew warm air in the room. We left after 1 night.

The stars that in Italy would be his for the reasons below in the list following 7 nights during August:
1 — The property mentions "spas" but in fact it is only spa (saunas and hydromassages) since the water does not give any chemical benefit being not of natural source (chlorine pool to put it mildly).
2 — The structure in several aspects is barely decent due to the lack of care: serious infiltration into the ceilings (even the dining room), detached and ruined wallpaper, non-existent cleaning of the carpet in the stairs…
3 — Poor and mostly absent Wi-Fi (which is also seen by other tourists).
4 — Half-board NOT effective since dinner/lunch drinks are to be paid extra, and this is the most disreputable aspect: bottled mineral water 1lt. 00, the same but sparkling. 00 (as if the bubbles added to the hotel) and the tap water. 00.!
5 — Covered but unattended parking is. 00 per day, which in proportion to the above drinks or one or the other are a theft.
6 — Aperitif party in the terrace on the pool advertised but not received: pay for the consumption you want and drink it wherever you want, as in the lobby bar.
7 — Ceramic dishwashers for meals often ruined or broken.
8 —. You can't serve brandy in a martini glass at the bar.

The rating is still quite positive (quality of the kitchen, cleanliness in general and conditioner in the rooms, staff availability and friendliness.

A few year ago it was much better. No activities, no baby park, swimming pool for kids closed, showers near the swimming pool not working, water fountain on the outside not working. Nice sauna, but a little small.

We had a conference here. Eery nice and friendly stuff, huge parking and conference hall.

Love this hotel. Breakfast are great. Best option in Maribor.

Amazing Hotel with a very nice Spa. We were there for my finances diploma celebration. They also have rooms for big events and a parking garage. The ambient in bar and lounge are wonderful. Definitely recommend!

We are here for the second time and it is like every time very nice, especially the service and staff are very nice and attentive the rooms are clean and the spa area is great but could be refurbished.

A hotel that has all the amenities many indoor and outdoor pools and good spa. It does however definitely need to be renovated as the furnishings are now retro. The rooms are very spacious and quiet but even these absolutely need to be renovated. It eats quite well at Buffett with a sufficient selection of food and pastries. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

Very good value for money. Great rooms and clean comfortable beds. Ski package also offers ski pass and access to the SPA. The latter a little dated but in good condition perfect for the after ski.
Dinner and buffet breakfast very plentiful and acceptable quality.

Excellent value for pampering yourself with thermal baths, saunas (Finnish, Turkish & infrared). Great for a romantic wellness getaway though I would suggest avoiding weekends if you don't like crowds, children, etc. If you want to wear a bathrobe and slippers all day and just relax without breaking the bank then this is one of the best options in the region. Clean hotel and comfortable rooms. The kitchen is not at the level of a hotel of this category. The wellness part is nice but a little dated but the saunas are really good. Anyway my wife and I got on the whole found it very well.

Very close to the Ski lift. Great thermal pool. Good break fast. Awesome for ski enthusiasts. If you have the time, a massage is highly recommended.

We were at the spa. Con The water could be bit warmer. Also a little overpriced. Pro Kids friendly. The saunas were pretty good.

A very nice hotel and congress centre. It's huge. Looks great. Right beside the ski gondola. Didn't actually stay here though.

I hate to say this, but this is one of the worst hotels in the last year. It is slowly but surely dying. The gastronomy is terrible, the waiters even have time to chat in front of me when I eat my sandwich and bother me with there private conversations. This is unprofessional and does not deserve to have 4 stars. I am from Maribor and did visit Habakuk each week. I must say that I am extremely disappointed in the way they treat guests here. Was one of the best hotels in Slovenia. Now leaks maintenance and it's not a 5 start hotel anymore. Category has been lowered to 4 stars. Prices are still the same.

Very old and damaged equipment in the rooms and MOLD in the shower! Only breakfast was very nice.

The executive suite is nice and spacious, the only negative is that it only has a small shower, not a bath. The sleeping couch for children isn't really comfortable. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast great and the location is very good. A nice experience overall.

Visited the Spa&Wellness at summer and I must say this HOTEL has a really nice and high quality service. There are indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor has 2 jacuzzi places, lots of places for hanging your stuff and to get a nice tan. There is a small restaurant outside where you can eat at a decent ammount of money. Also, there is a pool like a private one, which you can use for no extra money — the kids should not use this one because it's deeper than the others. The SAUNA is really nice: there are 2 Finnish Sauna, one Steam Sauna and one Infrared sauna. MASSAGE is also possible with appointment. There are various types of massages. My wife's favourite is about 75 minutes+ and she always comes relaxed and refreshed after. :)

Good location next to the Pohorje hill, with polls, but needs some investments in renovation. Once the best hotel in town with excellent starting position for all kinds of sports is now more known for its good location. Still good place for conferences.

Was a lovely hotel, very clean, reception efficient & spoke english too!
Room was very large with a balcony & view over the bar & pool area. Bed was very comfortable, & extra pillows were readily available.
Underground parking, but also some ground level parking for larger vehicles.
On he downside, the a/c unit in the room was very noisy!

I've Only been to the Pool and Sauna, The place is Absolutely Terrific But The entry fee for the Pool Is Pricey. Anyway, Everything Else was PERFECT! The Staff Is very Friendly and Tolerant. I don't usually write reviews but This was a amazing and Unforgettable experience It was Worth my Time, If I had the chance I would go again ❤

Luxury spa Hotel with modern and functional furnishings and a slightly vintage look. After a wonderful walk in the woods (my case) or a winter sports day a hot bath in the spa pool is fantastic.

Comfortable, spacious rooms good service and is very close to the ski slope.

I've only been to the Spa and I totally loved it. I have been there on a Saturday and it was very quiet, i. E. Not more than 15 guests. The pools are big and the water is warm. I also loved the Turkish bath, which has a pool inside the bath, so you can sit in the water.

Pool. Large business center, garage. A bit outdated, average service. Good location for either business visit to Maribor or for skiing.
