Nice staff, exellent thermal water and local food.

Very nice place to relax. The houses are very nice and well furnished. The food is good and the pools are very well organized.

Not the best and biggest terme in Slovenia, but it was the closest for us and it was very pleasant to swim outside and be in warm wirpools inside. They have 2 slides for children outside (for summer). Anyway — pretty nice small terme for having a good time.

It's a cozy corner! With Russian and German bad. The information is English and Slovenian.

Honestly it's great, but the staff is annoyed if you ask for some information and when you do they look at you as if you're bothering them, and the staff at the food place was a couple so while they were making our food they were making out, honestly it was cute and all but that's not what I want to be seeing while wating for my food. The pool is great and clean. Other than that it's amazing.

Great spa, away from the crowds. We explored central Slovenia using this spa as a base. The apartments are OK, overall good value for money. The restaurant is nice, halfboard food is mediocre but fairly varied. The kids especially enjoyed the animation programs. There is also a 22 kW charger for electric cars in the main parking lot!

We were here two days with bad weather and they didn't open the outside pool and the slides were also closed : ( People who come here could take care of them selves and they can decide to go outside or inside. So I see no reason to close the pool when it is a grey day. The water is very warm ande over all it is nice if it is nice weather.

Really friendly and helpfull receptionists. Not a problem to give you good offer e. G. When you are comming late. Area is clean and stuff again friendly.

Nice place sto stay, great food.

Nice place, clean, cozy and you eat well and abundantly. The rooms are spotless and quite new. The place is suggestive and well connected even in case of snowfalls. The spa is sufficient for family relaxation. I would have preferred the water a little hotter but my husband doesn't think like me, so it's subjective. The staff are nice but not everyone knows Italian: we understand each other very well in English. The food is of good quality and well done. The only drawback is the lack of internal connection between the swimming pool area and the room.

Food is great. Pool is good but the distance between pool area and apparent is way bigger than expected which is a problem especially during winter.

Arrived with the rain and started off with the snow. February 2018 eight friends, nice place away from the city traffic in a small valley from where you can go for walks, small but clean rooms, spas with nice and big pool, good girls of massages, good food little choice but cooked well Good. To recommend good prices really.

Natural thermal water can really deeply relax you. There is also a seperate jacuzzi and a kids pool. You can also go to the sauna area. I would recommend eating there, it is on the spot and one can choose between a few daily menus. A big plus is also a wide and open parking space.

The pool with thermal water 32 degrees, personally for me a little cool… 3 Massage fountains for shoulders, 2 jacuzzis (sitting and reclining), incl… At the bottom of the sauna Turkish and Finnish, shower and refrigerator room, where you can then wipe the snow ❄ but! All go almost naked and men and women, cover only so… For the view sheets t h is suitable for those who like nudist beaches. The establishment has a bar and restaurant, as well as a hotel.

Location very quiet and relaxing, a little isolated, perfect if you want to disconnect for a few days. The apartment was clean and nice, unfortunately the spa is detached, so you have to get a small walk outdoors. Nice and big pool, the saunas are to the essential, decent dining area. Food varied and good. In the positive set surely.

Beautiful location, but with some missing link. There are no connection elevators between sauna and swimming pool, to go to the Wellness Center you have to exit the pools, the rooms do not have bathrobes and if you want one you have to pay €4 per day. From the rooms or apartments to get to the pool you have to take the car. On the other hand the food is very good and the rooms are clean. Small but manicured saunas. Attention is not a structure suitable for people with disabilities!

It's a great place! Out of the chaos… but the spas are beautiful although much smaller than the Slovenian ones I know. The staff are friendly and well the food all in all not bad… for those who want to rest a few days are just ideal! I will return… the only bad thing is that they come to clean the room only after 6 days and the towel change is only after 3 days. But it compensates for the fact that everything else is super!

Nice not expensive place where you can relax. Thermal springs are not as diverse as there are, but all new and in half enough, very nice rooms.

It's my ideal place to relax. Excellent swimming pools, with thermal water and hydro-massage. There is also a good restaurant and cafeteria, without forgetting the magnificent views of the surroundings.

Spa is perhaps exaggerated, but a nice swimming pool is ok. The water was not really as warm as in a spa. There was not much going on, therefore very pleasant. In the hall are only plastic couches without any comfort. Sauna area is very nice! There is a Turkish and a Finnish sauna. There is an ice room where you can cool down. Unfortunately, there is no comfort, as there are only wooden beds, where there is no padding or anything like it. On request we were told that there is no such thing, but we can get a sheet extra to lie (which does not improve the comfort) in the sauna There are fruits and tea to take.
The outside area was already closed, so I can't say anything about it.
Think that the outdoor area is simply the sports pool, which contains cold water and therefore can no longer be used in October.
Service was fine.
Accommodation was accessible with a little walk, unfortunately only steps to the rooms, talk with a wheelchair will make the whole difficult.
Rooms were clean and OK!
TV was even available with German and Austrian TV channels.
Air conditioning available.
Breakfast and dinner were sufficient. There were different things to choose from.
The restaurant itself is a bit cramped. Therefore, if you sit at the table and sit behind someone who does not 60kg, you will be pinched and can no longer stand up.
Service is OK, it is always remediated when something is no longer there.

We found a bit of rudeness by a couple of waiters.
Adhering to the package "new years" with above-average price of the requested period we found ourselves in a centre that has hosted more customers than it could hold.
Every dinner (buffet) took at least 20 minutes to wait for a free table.
A lot of rudeness by other customers, including who was living in sauna where there is silence, kids running between the legs of people with the risk of crashing and the absence of both parents that respect.
The staff has absolutely remembered the tranquility of the Spa which was met by very few customers. This makes the structure just relaxing.

Very nice small spa in relaxing location. Water is clean, just a bit cold.

Rooms spacious, clean and modern but in a country style, only minus the card/room key. We stayed at the end of March with using indoor Whirlpool 32°, 36°, so agreeable with optimal also for children and never too crowded. Dinner and breakfast well stocked with Slovenian dishes and products local farmers, of course need to adapt the palate (don't take pasta). Including sauna and massage is more relaxing! Great Wi-Fi.

Room, Pool, Restaurant — everything was very beautiful and clean. The natur around is outstanding. Only very few tourists are located there, so you can relax and chill as much as you need. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Simple place but very special. Nestled in the mountains.

Great place to relax, have indoor and outdoor baths and are very clean. They are ideal for families and romantic getaways. Recommend you buy the package of at least two nights half-board accommodation. Dinner is buffet style, you need to go into opening to find more food. The rooms are comfortable but not luxurious. Recommended as a weekend Lowcost but with all comforts.

The water in the inside pool was freezing. Otherwise everything was great.

This was a very nice hotel, situated in a very nic environment in an extremely beautiful country. Nevertheless we were not completely satisfied during our stay. The food was lousy, so go for dinner elsewhere! The presonel was OK but not very firneldy and customer orienetd (depends on person behind the counter, one was very good) The appartments had split rooms so actual you have two rooms in stead of one appartment, very inconvenient. Further, if you are unlucky as we were and you had noisy neighbours, the sound insulation is miserable. The pool is excellent so it was nice, but no 4 stars according to us.
