We were there in februari 2018 and it was great. Nice apartments, friendly owners, no bad surprises. They were very helpful with giving advice about things to do nearby. Skying, langlauf, hiking (in the snow) and visits to the nice villages around. I also loved the quiet atmosphere of the tiny village Ratece and the small friendly restaurants in it. The small supermarket and bakery are within walking distance of the apartments. Parking is limited but it never really was a big problem.
Staying in apartment Julian was very pleasant for us. Jani and his wife are very welcoming and helpful. Location is ideal and quiet, on the border of three states, giving us possibility to have active family holiday. We see some reconstruction that will give Ratece more nice look. Apartment has all what is needed and is flawlessly clean. Our baby was enjoying and sleeping well :). We'll come back for sure, maybe during the winter.
