We stayed at vila Laura for 3 nights. It is a beautiful guesthouse with local/period features combined with all the modern comforts you need. Nice and clean rooms, great breakfast, quiet and green surroundings. It is just a short walk from lake Bled making it the perfect base for exploring the area. What truly sets this place apart is the mother and son team running it. Small personal touches such as a piece of cake as a welcome, and fresh fruits and pastries to grab during the day make you feel right at home. The son Zika, who is fluent in English, is at hand whenever needed and makes a real effort to help you with local advice to make most of your time in Bled.
