I booked this property via Airbnb where you pay 100% charge at the time of purchase. After maybe 15 minutes I got a message: 'Hello sorry but we have full for the time regards Jana' and the booking was cancelled. Obviously the dates chosen by me were shown as available on Airbnb. What I was left with was no reservation, all the money was frozen in the account as 'pending' so all that meant I was unable to find another accommodation. What I originally thought was going to be a happy and straightforward process, it took a lot of time and consumed my nerves. I dealt between Airbnb, PayPal and the bank to be refunded quickly but no success. All of that wouldn't have happened if the host, Jana, conducted her business in a right way. I contacted her to try to sort it out but no response. There was another negative feedback on Airbnb from a guy whose booking was cancelled a couple of weeks before his holiday. I was wrong to ignore it. These people are happy to make the money but they don't realize what their actions cause. I also blame Airbnb for allowing the system function in this way and you will find a lot of disgruntled customers' feedback online.
