Good meals, good staff, beautiful environment.

Fastest service of my life. We received our order literally 10 seconds after the waiter registered it in his PDA. The main course followed the soup 2 minutes afterwards, and damn, it was tasty. Their strong suit is also their weakness. We felt rushed all the way through our lunch. Had the feeling that they can't wait to give out table to the next customer, so I couldn't even finish my beer in the pace I wanted to.

The hotel itself has a very nice location with an amazing view which we enjoyed a lot, the food in the restaurant was tasty as well. I was very disappointed with the staff. The reception was most of the time empty, there was no one when we needed someone, booking sauna was also very weird as no one really explained how long can we stay, we did not even get towels, sauna was dirty, the resting room was extremely cold, no one even asked for the money and after all we paid to someone else. The biggest disappointment was the waiter in the restaurant, if I remember his name was Tomas. He did not bother to come and give us the menu after waiting for a dinner in the half empty restaurant while he was talking to another waitress on the bar. When we asked to pay 9€ bill with credit card (everywhere was written that you can pay card) his reaction was very rude and inappropriate saying we cannot pay less than 20€ if we use credit card (? hello? it was not written anywhere) and saying why do I come to mountains without cash (that is absolutely none of his business). The room was extremely small, smaller as displayed on the picture, bed very uncomfortable, every movement made a huge noise, at night you could not use electricity (at least once when I wanted to use bathroom), only one plug (the second one for tv), dirt under the bed, only two very small towels.

It's a really nice place to visit. It has good views on the high Tatra mountains. The waiters and waitress are very friendly and the prices are also very good.

Rly bad breakfast, the Wi-Fi is unuseable.

Had a good time, the view is perfect but I would have preferred the staff to give us a check in English cause they handled the pricing of items very loosely…

The outside looks good, you can have a snack and drink tea or beer.
