Good service, tasty food, beautiful view, close to skiing and train station, nice spa, children friendly, love this hotel!

The rooms are not equipped with air condition. 2 out of 2 family rooms we've ordered had bath problems and water leaks. when we asked to get an alternative room they had told us that they are fully booked and there is no other room. This turned to be a lie because other visitors did get one.

Great food, nice atmosphere, friendly and beautiful location.

Spa services are absolutely fantastic.

Very nice hotel&spa, staff is very polite and attentive. Couple of little drawbacks such as slow Wi-Fi or some small details in the room but overal very good experience.

This place is awesome. I have had a lot of messages over the years. Here I found the best, ask for Thomas if he is available. If you have time I highly recommend at least one hour in the sky lounge as well. My wife and I had a blast!

I was very nicely suprised byt this hotel resort. We spent wonderful prolonged weekend here. Staff was very nice, I couldn't find any negative point. Hotel room was big enough with separated toilet and bathroom. So when you are 2-3 women in room it is very practical to have 2 mirrors with washbasins Breakfast and dinner which we had very good too. Each person can find something. We had once also lunch, which was also on very good level. Wellness was nice cleanned and we had luck on Saturday morning where we were completely alone We tried also Hotel Sky louge — most beautiful part of our staying! I can only recommend it. Wonderful view, very relaxing, romantic… wonderful! Only one thing which I would change is lobby bar. Staff was briliant and very nice to us but the sitting there is not that pleasent — I would recommend to change the furniture and make it more comfortable. Put there more flowers, etc. I really couldn't find anything negative during whole staying. Thanks a lot for such wonderfull weekend.

Book the VIP Sky lounge there, it's an unforgettable experience!

It is a family friendly hotel with entertainment for kids but in details it is not comfortable for strollers (no automatic doors, extra stairs on the floors when you have a room in the newer part of the building).
Ski bus goes just in the morning and back in the afternoon — so no flexibility.
The Spa is great with two different pools + an extra fancy private spa on floor 7 with outside whirpool on the roof which needs to be paid seperatly.
Extra kids bed for the rooms is 50 € per night.
Buffet for breakfast and dinner is ok, in peak hours it could be refilled a bit faster. Staff is friendly.
Pretty cool is the hotel owned Ice ring in the backyard. You can rent ice skates and get equipment to play ice hockey.

This was our second time in a hotel. Spa looks great but there is always an issue, first day the jaccuzzi was broken, second day there was cold water in the pool. When I told the receptionist she did nothing not even apologized.
We stayed in the room on the third floor. In the room next door there was a party going on all night. I had to call in the middle of the night to the reception. They sent someone to check but nothing has changed. The walls are so thin that I could hear them like they were in my room. We didn't sleep all night.
Breakfast is very poor (like 2 star hotels) and looks like it is from the day before. We stayed 3 nights and they were serving the same eggs in mayo — they looked really grouse…
Also dinner is not great — frozen potatoes, meat that doesn't smell right and they won 't even serve water with a dinner… it if not half board — it is a joke.

Lovely place to stay. Wellness centre well worth a visit.

— outside jacuzzi use not included in the price, € 100/ one hour, no other outside pool -beds are extremely small — tiny bathroom — staricase is facing the Tatras, not the rooms — many Hungarian guests, no single information in Hungarian — wellness opens very late, 2 pm — noise from the neighboring hotel at night, coming from some kind of machine — no A/C, no mosquito net — parking not finished — weedy area behind the hotel + recently renovated + staff was nice + nice location + food was acceptable.

Fairly new hotel. Located outside of Poprad near a small village on the mountain side. Staff is nice, but communication is difficult as their aren't many English speakers. The Google Translate app is key. Rooms are small. Back if the hotel has great views of the mountain. Front rooms have balconies and overlook the less scenic valley.

Extra care for whole family (including kids)

It seems to be an abandoned hotel, and for the holidays we organize a disco night. I was in shock from such a quiet peaceful Slovakia in Stara Lesna.
