Had a great weekend very good sleep enjoed the spa and the food! I will surely go again.

Very centrally located and relatively inexpensive. The rooms are cozy.

A great location in the village. Very close to the train station and to various restaurants.
Two negative notes given by the fact that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms and the price too high if you want to access the spa.
However a great solution for those who have a limited budget.

My room was nice and clean, good size also, the restaurant had a pleasant ambience, good food selection, the service was friendly and efficient; the spa, however wasn't good, for instance the temperature in the stem room wasn't right, the cold pool had a poor and dangerous design.

Everything you expect from 3 stars, clean rooms, simple food and lovely staff.

Wonderful place for budget money in a heart of Sterbskie Pleso. Quite large parking near hotel, also a few meters from railway station. It ofers vast number of rooms with outstanding view from windows. Food is very good and there is also a large shop in the basement. Hotel also offers swimingpool and elevator. I was in a summer and was very pleased for staying there.

Nice restaurant with charming atmosphere. Stylish fire place and big windows make it very pleasant and on the side is a kids corner for families.

Our GO TO restaurant for dinners. Fresh food, good beer, nice service, fireplace in the middle, pleasant atmosphere. Will come back thank you.

This is only a review about the restaurant as we haven't stayed in the hotel so can't comment on that. Two of us had dinner and one meal was good however the second wasn't that great. I have politely tried to give feedback to the waiter (guy — short black hair) however he wasn't really accepting the feedback and eventually called out the chefs to debate how good the meal was (the chefs were polite and apologised) despite no one else trying it! He also forgot to bring us beers, overcharged us after agreeing a 50% reduced price for the meal he wanted to charge 70% as couldn't work out the till, and eventually wanted to walk off with my change as a tip! He was rude and lacking any customer service skills. A lovely waitress tried to help and sorted it all out eventually — she was lovely. In my opinion the waiter should be fired! Unfortunately, there was no manager on duty so thank you to the waitress — this guy could seriously damage the business!

Celkom príjemný hotel s malým wellness centrom.

Food is very good, there is nothing to complain about. But then it already goes wrong. It's not even high season and the service is really overwhelmed. She is nice and friendly, but with the low rush of overwhelmed. If more operating forces on the spot to score full marks. Ambience and location is Top! So more staff then.
