Stayed there for 2 nights and couldn‘t use the bathroom, as only dirty brown water came from the water tab Disgusting! No shower and weekend ruined. Staff put us off, at the end we received a 15€ discount on a 200€ stay. That is ridiculous I wonder how they got a 4-Star rating We will never go there again! Byebye and thanks for nothing.
Gets a 3.5 as the food was delicious and the staff seemed pleasant. The hotel itself is one of the oldest in Slovakia which is reflected in the décor which isn't quite to my taste. Nonetheless, the spa was nice and incredibly cheap for a two hour session. Would recommend to come here for the food, spa & the nice surroundings but wouldn't stay here overnight. Just can't justify giving this place 4 stars.
